Microsoft's carefully planned Scorpio announced at E3 was done specifically to create negativity around PS4 Pro once it was announced by Sony. Joke's on Microsoft though, PS4 Pro is the best-selling console on Amazon since its announcement and Scorpio is more than a year away.

You do know Xbox One is a Windows 10 device, right? I had similar problems with a variety of minor but annoying issue on the XB1. I sold it to a friend since the only think worth playing on it was Halo 5 and it's just not very good compared to BO3 and Destiny.
yeah and a lot of people are doing exactly what they want, comparing the Scorpio and Pro, which is ridiculous since the Scorpio is pure shovel ware at the moment. It's just a concept right now with a vague release date.
I don't think they have sales targets yet for the PS4 Pro on its own. They have sales target for the whole PS4 family as a whole. It doesn't matter if you buy the base Ps4 or the Pro both play the same PS4 games and subscribe to the same PSN+.
I do think however that in less than 2 years, the base/slim PS4 will be discontinued while the PS4 Pro will be the only unit, at least until the PS5 comes out.
