Higher quality items tend to cost more than lower quality items so your argument of "100 bucks more" doesn't achieve anything.
Eh? The hardcore gamers are the ones who ordered the XBOX ONE. The casual people who just want some living room entertainment are the masses who ordered the PS4. Unfortunately for MS, you have to cater to that crowd as well.

People need to quit being so cheap. You want to game but you want it to be handed to you? Microsoft has worked hard to build the industry from scratch and they deserve to shape its future as well. Digital is the way to go and they're our ticket there.
The only people that need complain about DRM are pirates and scammers. Regular people should embrace it because its not a problem for them and actually helps keep costs down for buying new games. It's like having a police officer patrol your neighborhood. His flashing lights might annoy you but ITS THERE TO HELP YOU. Stop being stubborn and accept DRM.

Sony is operating like its 1995, Microsoft is operating like its 2020. I don't know about you, but I hate to be stuck in the past. The XBOX ONE is the way to go this time.
Sony sure is paying a lot for advertising and time slots on television shows. I'm glad they're putting in the effort but I'm worried they're trying to compensate for a sub-par console.
The sheep will still buy the PS4 even after Sony breaks their current product.

This is what my research at E3 led to as well. The XBOX ONE was what was used to demo on but people didn't expect any PC's to be in the same room .*GASP!* PC'S IN THE SAME ROOM??? Get over it folks. The XBOX ONE is real, it's bad@ss, and its here to stay.
I wouldn't feel right working for a company with such high standards. Maybe after I receive my doctorate then I will pursue it.
I'd have to agree. Sony's walls have crumbled before and the PS4 is following that same path. So far, not so good. Consider ordering an XBOX ONE, given the dominance of the XBOX 360.
Keep in mind hardware specs only tell half the story. It's the underlying operating system and how it interfaces with the hardware that makes all the difference. Microsoft is the king in this area while Sony has always struggled. Throwing more sheer speed at a terribly designed operating system is not going to solve the problems.
Heed my warning: Pre-order your XBOX ONE while you still can because when the reviews start to roll in you'll with you did.
Like I've always said, DRM is a good thing and is what we need to propel gaming to the next generation. Stop being such stubborn old schoolers!

The price is still too high. The PS4 is essentially a living room 'entertainment box'. You can find many products like this. The XBOX ONE is a hardcore gamer's box so its price tag makes sense. I'm still confused as to why the PS4's price tag is as high as it is.
Protecting the industry from thieves is a bad thing? Ok... Are you aware of the effect shoplifters have on store prices that end up hurting all consumers? The same thing will happen in the gaming world unless someone steps up and stops it like Microsoft is trying to do.
