Well of course I want the game badly, but the point still is these random little "I played LBP" articles the media are throwing out there are just meaningless now. The game is beyond the point of hype now. Seriously, we're at the stage where a release is the ONLY next step for this game and that's unfortunately not coming until at least September :(
Yeah, I'm still looking forward to picking up my pre-order. There's enough value to justify at the very least trying it and seeing if it clicks. It's not that it's bad, it's that it's average and that doesn't mean you can't have fun with it.
I'm sick of all these hype threads. A release date or a beta is all that matters now. Articles like these mean absolutely nothing to me anymore.
This game is polarizing the media the same way Assassin's Creed did last november. I think it's official, it's a love it or hate it experience!
Nope, you're right. It WAS supposed to be 4-player splitscreen but they cut it down to two and made it 4-player online co-op. Why? I have no idea. How they couldn't do 4-player splitscreen with such average graphics on Sony's mammoth system is kinda beyond me.
Or wait for Resistance 2, Killzone 2 or just keep playing COD4 on the PS3. Seriously, stupid post bud.

Not a bad score really...so it's average? So what? Average doesn't mean bad. Bottomline: Haze still has good value and should hold me until Resistance 2.
I remember when Killzone got this treatment and I loved that game! Maybe Haze can repeat that same experience? I'll find out tomorrow.

A good one from a larger media outlet like Gametrailers, EGM/1UP or Gamepro would be nice!

Haha, Battleaxe, I think every developer should just phone up Insomniac and plee for their PS3 development knowledge to help them. ESPECIALLY Valve. That way poor baby fatman Gabe won't have another puddle at his feet from crying too much about "difficult development".
That's pretty much what Turok scored and I loved Turok's campaign. I hated the MP, but it's obvious Haze has better MP than Turok (or atleast co-op) so I think I'll be happy!
Picking up my pre-order tomorrow as well! I'll judge it for myself.
Good point. The main complaint is that the game is simply average. Doesn't mean that it's bad, just average. I for one will enjoy Haze starting tomorrow when I go pick it up.
Uh-Boy....more poor scores for Haze. Still, X-Play ripped a good few games that I've actually enjoyed and if "average" is the only common complaint all these reviews have, then it's still possible that Haze will be an enjoyable experience.
