Really? Only 117,000? My friends and I all agree it's easily the PS3's best game. In fact, most critics have too....and only 117,000? Seriously....what's wrong with us PS3 gamers now a days? We don't buy software. I hear all these people complaining about their PS3's gathering dust and I now think...why don't you buy a game? Seriously, this is just kinda stupid...
um....anyone else think those Crysis sales figures are pathetic? I mean, less than 100,000? For a game with THAT kind of hype for its visuals? Seriously, somebody's taking a loss for Crysis (EA, haha). I know not everyone can afford to put together a comp that can run the game but ...woah.
Hope they have to port it to PS3 to make their money :) .....then again, it would be an EA port for PS3....:(
So who's this guy? Someone got something to prove anything he says is legit? Developer insider on the Sony message boards on playstation.com never comments on release and continues to remind the world NOTHING has been confirmed or speculated as to when the game is out. So all of a sudden this guy just suddenly knows? Bull. Same goes for LBP.
Still, if I honestly have to wait till freaking late Q3 early Q4 for those two games in 2008, I'm gonna be mighty pissed...
Next gen huh? This and Blue Dragon to me prove Mistwalker isn't any where close to the league top RPG devs like Square-Enix and Atlus are in. Seriously, that battle system is 1,029,234 years old. Plus, the game is visually dissapointing and making your way through the environments looks more last-gen than Final Fantasy X....a last gen game....
I can't wait. Started playing FFXII again to contain my hype a bit!
Um...yeah, ok Gamespot. Ratchet and Clank 7.5, Uncharted 8 and then you give a lagging pile of crud that takes forever to load a 9? Value or not, this isn't right. Something reeks here, and it's Gamespot sucking up to the man to get back on track. And the PS3 gamer I guess too....but if they want me back as a read, change that R&C review! Still love how 1up suggests thats what planted the seeds for the AC fallout!
The game looks exactly the same on PS3 and 360. Loading times on PS3 seem longer and the framerate issues are a huge concern. Screw Gabe and screw this game for us PS3 owners. Invest in UT3 this holiday season and Uncharted, if you haven't already.

Wow... well, as a PS3 exclusive owner, that list doesn't really excite me at all...but late spring early summer brings MGS4 ATLEAST and maybe Eternal Sonata for PS3, the White Knight (in Japan at least), and who knows? Maybe KZ2? Regardless, how could you ever trade-in your PS3 with LBP and HOME so close? *sigh* fools.
Will be getting Hot Shots Golf 5 though. Loved the Japanese demo, very fun!

Insomniac proved you can still do more with an old dog (or Lombax) on the PS3. A new Jak game would be great, but Uncharted is a glimpse of the future. They've built something special and should keep moving full steam ahead, maxing out the PS3's capabilities with their new franchise.
I vote Uncharted 2, but a new Jak would be bought either way.

*sigh* more of this behind curtain crap. Why do developers even bother? Just show it to the media who just turn around and pull a 1up on your product and start trying to go big dog on campus declaring FFVII to be a mess and KH2 to not be worth playing! What's the point?

I still have to decide between this and a DS, or Crisis Core and a PSP. Being a PS3 exclusive owner, you'd think it'd be easy, but it's not. Both platforms have excellent titles gameplay wise, and visuals don't always make for a better game. I'll just have to wait and see how Crisis Core turns out with its localization early next year.
Jack, the biggest problem with the system is constant delays. I'm always waiting for games. Recently, I've been happy with Ratchet and Clank, Uncharted and the innovative and fun Eye of Judgment, but waiting for constantly delayed titles like MGS4, HOME, LBP and the info-lacking KZ2 is really starting to get to me.

The fanboyism in here is at an all time high. In reality, it was a good month for all consoles hardware wise, but any idiot can see it was software on everything BUT 360 that was the bad news. PS3 and PC especially.
