@chiefJohn117 PUBG is coming to PS4 and Gears is a franchise on a downward trend. The fact is even MS realizes they have an exclusives problem. Phil Spencer has even stated they intend to try to do more. Halo and Forza just aren't enough anymore. Hopefully Sea of Thieves does well, and serves as a reminder to MS that new exciting exclusive IPs are the most important thing to their customers.
Bloodborne was an amazing exclusive and a new IP. Crazy that you mention Knack and DriveClub ,but you fail to mention Killzone,InFamous, and Resogun. Sony invests far more in exclusives and even more importantly in new IP.Look at the exclusives slated for this year for example, most of Sonys exclusives are completely new IPs.
Bro, I own an Xbox One. What quality exclusives are you playing? Timed exclusives and Early Access unfinished games don't count. The only one I can think of is Cuphead. Are you talking about indie games no one cares about or quality triple A exclusives? I play PUBG on my Xbox and I'll probably pick up Sea of Thieves, but apart from Cuphead there hasn't been an amazing triple A exclusive on Xbox for over a year.

The thing is there's no leveling up in this game for better equipment or ships, so cosmetics are really the only way for people to know what "Level" you are. If people can just buy the cosmetics without earning them then whats the point of playing for a long period of time? I play a lot of online games with my 3mbps DSL speed. You really only need 2mbps to play online without lag. Faster internet sadly Isn't an option for a lot of us. Well I don't know an exact number, but I'd guess I've slain about 15-20 different monsters so far. I just unlocked another but he whipped me with his first attack.
Yeah, I'm 27 hours in and still getting tutorials....lol This is easily a game I could sink over 100 hours in and still feel like I'm working toward something. Someone needs to show Bungie Monster Hunter World so they can figure out how to properly dangle a carrot in front of players.
Yeah I can't wait until Aloys Quest is out. How wicked would it be if they added the Thunderjaw to the arena? I know it doesn't make sense in the story, but the arena would be purrfect...Hopefully Aloys Quest is more difficult though.
You have to craft elemental weapons, which you unlock by completing Assigned Quests and defeating powerful elemental monsters. Don't worry you should be getting close to unlocking them if you're 10 hours in. I think I was 16 hours in when I unlocked my first elemental weapon.
I played in the closed alpha and the beta, and I somewhat agree. I have it pre downloaded on my Xbox One right now. I think most of the game is brilliant but the combat is far to shallow. We'll see in one more day though.
