@shoryuken
My advice to you is to learn the difference between trolling and facts. Also learn the difference between your and you're, and you should have used advice, not advise.
You're welcome.
I was clearly responding to this myth that Sony purchase studios who turn out brilliant games, my quote states otherwise.
Nowhere did I say Microsoft were better or released more IP's, they released Halo 4/Forza/Dust/Trials, plus more last year fyi.
Do some research on those companies my post mentioned and then research Microsoft's current studios, compared to Sony.
Get back to me when you're done.
Stop with this myth that Sony cultivate studios.
From Superannutation; "In the past year, Sony has nearly destroyed Eat Sleep Play, Nihilistic, Sanzaru, The Workshop, Lightbox, Idol Minds and now Superbot."
Microsoft now have more internal studios than Sony, and hire independent devs like Playground (Forza Horizon) and Lucid Games (rumoured to be developing PGR5). I'd hazard a guess that you won't hear about these studios closing down in th...
I'm pretty sure it was going to be scrapped, then Kojima Studios asked Platinum to take the reigns.
Not sure why you're getting disagrees, as those are facts.
All signs point to Lucid developing PGR5 according to the article below.
http://www.nowgamer.com/new...
It won't be them, it's Lighthouse Studios (or something similarly named) developing. They have a few ex Bizarre Creations employees, who worked on the old PGR games.
Yeah I'd go with that, but would say Infinity Ward's next CoD, or Respawn's shooter will be the big 3rd party reveal.
Exclusive-wise, I expect PGR5 to show instead of Forza and something from Rare too.
It was reported a while back, that Microsoft had this project under extremely high lockdown. If you were asked to work on it, you couldn't even tell your line manager what you were up to. Microsoft just gave you a list of stock responses, so they'd know to stop asking.
There was that 7-inch Xbox tablet rumour a few months ago, so who knows...
Although this gen the 360 has been my main console and I'll most likely buy its successor first, until Microsoft reveal their plans I won't firmly commit to either.
In my house, they'll co-exist nicely.
Microsoft said no such thing, how could they when it's an Activision game?
You know this is an Activision game right?
I like the look of it, looks much more rugged and suitable for my hands than the previous DS's.
Bungie have a lot of staff. Halo Reach was developed by a seperate team, whilst the rest were working on Destiny.
They'll sell 5 million easily on the 360 alone, if the game has Bungie's usual quality. Advertising won't be an issue if Activision's campaigns for CoD have taught us anything.
If it doesn't shoot out of the blocks, the article makes it sound as if the PS3 release may be brought forward. It just can't release simultaneously with the 360 version.
Probably, I'm just more invested in the Xbox eco-system (more friends/Sky TV/Xbox Music).
If the next Xbox was held up, it would depend on what games are out for the PS4 and whether they appeal to me. Current gen, I never bought the 360 till August 2007 and a PS3 till Dec 2010.
I also game a lot on PC, so I can do without either of the consoles right away.
I'm buying one anyway, after I get an Xbox. If Sony were to have Shenmue 3 as a launch title, I'd definitely pick up the PS4 first.
Cool, HR was kinda clumsy to control. Really looking forward to this.
Reading comprehension not your strong point? He's backed someone else's project, not asking for people to back one of his.
@Muffins Godus received the required funds and is in development.
