Dual releases are great, would be nice if Sony did far more especially with their 1st party titles, and making these cross play is only a major benefit.

Ports and spin offs are ok provided they are good games to begin with. Look at Morty, was this not worth having for many Vita owners especially with the DLC already included.

I may be at the wrong end of the Fanboy club, as I would never, ever buy a PS3. From the few experiences I have had with it vs my Xbox,...

Thats ok I guess...

Just let me know when Velocity, Frosbisher Says and Sound Shapes arrive in NA and the party can start after that

I like the idea of PC games, just pissed that I have to upgrade it every 6 months to play the latest and best at the "optimum requirements".

My only other gripe is the mouse and keyboard combo.... I feel so disconnected.

I know some PC games support controllers, but this is rarely done well!

If the "Steam Box" was a hardcore PC console setup that ran everything from Fallout 1 to FarCry3, with multiple controller inputs, I&...

I'd prefer "dual release" games by far.

Exclusive games are overrated!

If it ain't good enough to put on one or multiple consoles (PS3 or Xbox or Both), it's probably not going to be a quality development. Sure there are exceptions to the rule, but development time and money will invested if they know they can make sales. At this point with only 1.8million or whatever it is Vitas out in the wild, there is just not the return there for a...

if you havent already (or you arent already there) set up a UK account, as it seems NA is falling behind.

By the looks of things, most of these sort of games are already going in the UK but NA is getting trickle releases well after proposed release dates!

Hmmmm....

Strange issue we seem to be havig in NA?!

Supposedly Velocity is "not approved" for a NA release at the moment according to developer.

What the hell does that mean? It is a PSP mini in every other country!

For a non region specific machine, there are certainly some strange issues going on with NA releases. Frosbisher Says was supposed to be out at the start of May as well and is strangely absent.

Also anybody know how Velocity is travelling for US release on Vita.

I thought sound shapes would be a must buy...... A while ago.....

But after its announcement and demo at E3 2011, and by the looks of things, it's announcement at E3 2012, E3 2013, E3 2014, E3 2015 and finally the release just after E3 2016, Im wondering if the hype may have died down quite a bit by then....

Point taken that we support new IPs and new developers etc, gravity rush looks every bit of a Devils May Cry / Bayonetta game with a gravity trick th...

Great, now when the hell is the game coming out.

Wasn't it announced at E3 last year!!!

Is this Vita's Duke Nukem? Will it take forever to release as well?

Oh well, lets hope it has a great showing at E3 2012 and then at E3 2013, E3 2014 and E3 2015 and then when finally released in the Spring of 2016, I hope it has not lost the hype it created way back in 2011...............

Yep I know, and you are correct.

Developers of the game itself have suggested that it was coming out and playable on Vita via Minis on the 16th in EUR, UK and NA.

Supposedly the EUR people have it and I'm sure it's in UK today too, however not in NA still. Developers were checking why. I hope its not being held back for a big E3 mass release, or it will get lost in the rubble. Reviews seem to say it is one of the highest rated games released this year...

PSN Mini - Velocity for PS3 and Vita was coming this week (16th).

I thought they were also working on PixelJunk 4am to be released on Vita same day as PS3. Read that somewhere....

I wish the LEGO games actually ramped up the difficulty in some ways.

All the LEGO games just seem like a walkthrough experience rather than a challenging game. Why don't they ramp up the difficulty by limiting lives or a rechargable health bar and after it then limiting continues, call it a LEGO Hardcore mode.

I would have actually bought far more of these games if this was the case, but sadly for the lack of of a real challenge, I stopped after only buy...

Goose Egg! sounds promising. Haven't seen a review for it though. hahaha

I wonder what the thought process was when that was written up... "Nothing... Nada... Leave it blank?.... I got it, Goose Egg!". Very amusing.

That above coupled with the fact that there isn't a hell of alot happening in the background in Morty. Calculations are basically minimal for the CPU and GPU in an arcade fighting game when compared to something as complex as a FPS.

I would love the thing to run on my Vita as a fully blown console matching release, but it just wont happen. Imagine with all that going on in the CPU and GPU trying to keep up with everything, the battery would be dead in no time.

See this is why I am confused. Playstation Plus and the PSN indie style games are only little things (Not fully boxed major releases, "usually" all well under 500mB) that would probably make it on the iOS and Android sites if the developer chose to?

So why arent these little games not available on all Sony's top platforms like the Vita. My thing is then, if you arent going to make an effort to put them on all systems, why not call them PSN +3 and PSN +V instead ...

5153d ago 0 agree3 disagreeView comment

I hate with a passion this PSN plus stuff at the moment cause my Vita doesnt play half of this stuff.

Sony needs to make it available to both PS3 users AND Vita users or call them something different so theres no confusion to the PS noobs like me! (I assume only noobs or myself get confused by this not the seasoned PSN goers?!)

A plausible flaw in your argument here is that the PS Suite is not necessarily fully cross platform. And we are talkig about the Vita here as the main article has dictated.

Take for example Xperia, it can play Pocket Minecraft.... PS3 & Vita not even though it would work fine even if it ran in a VM inside either system as they are both far more powerful. Especially considering the smallish size of the Minecraft program.

This also may find flaw in the fact...

10 ... from Sony? What ones? Wipeout and Uncharted?

Anyway if you read what it wrote, Twisted Metal should have been dual realesed. There is no reason for this than they just didnt want to do it. Battle Royale should never need to be an exclusive with the Vitas power however there is no mention of it.

Every PSN game should be capable of playing on it by now, but alas again... Where is Journey, Skull Girls and Trine 2 etc. Oh yeah thats right, not being supp...

Sony doesn't seem to want to support it for some reason!

Why release Twisted Metal on the PS3 but not the Vita? They did it with Wipeout and that was great, soooo what happend to their other releases afterwards? PS3 exclusives....

The announcement of Battle Royale for PS3 and not Vita was very very disturbing!!!

A great COD effort cannot come fast enough! This if nothing else will sell systems by the truckload if it is a good game an cro...
