I think Destiny is really cool. I am a single player gamer, but this multi player PvE and PvP is really well done for someone that has never played anything but Battlefield with 12 mates on LAN a few times.
Thing is, I really think the reason it is holding my interest so much is because there isn't much to play on my PS4 at the moment.
I think when Far Cry PS4 gets released, Destiny may not get another look in unfortunately.
@corroios I totally agree. This seems conservative now I look at it. remember when the consoles used to cost a relative $800 or $900 odd dollars. Why are these so cheap in comparison, I'd pay an extra couple of $100 dollars if it bought us closer to the PC big guns.... Wouldn't we all?
In 12 months time that tech would be outdated and the price may drop by $200 or so anyway so it would be the same as before.
It really isn't and everyone sees this point.
The real fact is VS a good PC these look and play at a far lower "quality" than they should.
Fact is; Microsoft were lazy this gen and should have pushed the boundaries a bit to get up near that PC level, Sony didn't do it either but numbers unfortunately show they tried that little bit better.

From all the work they have obviously put into this game, I hope they fix the vehicle physics. Far Cry 3 was one of the better gaming experiences I had last (current) gen.
By the looks of this, more of the same and better coming.
Always online has been sucking since I bought Destiny. I can't afford enough games to have a bunch of backups at hand when the servers go down, and I'm having fun with Destiny too but it's been down twice since I've had it when I want to have a good go at it too.
PS4 needs a few more games under its belt that I like, so this doesn't become such an issue like it is for me at the moment.

I want to play Minecraft, but after spending hours (By accident) with the kids playing and building Lego whenever they drag me into their Lego building world, I can see Minecraft taking a very large chunk of my time away. Lego is addictive and I assume Minecraft would be more so.

It also has heaps of PS4 games too. I have played Diablo on my Vita the entire time so I don't have to be stuck in my games room. Sure it's not a "Vita" game but I'm certainly treating it as one.

I love my PC and PC Steam, have played numerous hours on Hearthstone, but it should be a tablet / phone game at this point and nothing more. I'd kill this game and be king on the toilet ;P

Not in Australia at least. We have 15 year old internet lines that are as slow as it gets. Apparently for fun we are being compared to other countries like Slovenia in roadside ads about how slow our internet is compared to theirs 5 years ago etc.
Frankly it sucks on the cloud here, especially for gaming.
@KakashiHotake I have the same problem with IPhone 6 Plus and the Note 4.
There is no real jump out at me features that put one over the other. Games away from home, the Plus would be the winner, Android just aren't as supported. PC games are flogging it and PC games don't sell as well as the console games.
There's a reason why they wont get into the console business, they cant get developers to support their desktops and laptops, so how would they break into the market and take over, let...

I have learned that PvP and PvE is pretty cool considering I have been on all but on a few occasions, a single player gamer all my life.
Far Cry 4 is my poison in this case not COD, so it definitely may stop me enjoying Destiny as it may no longer get a look in for my FPS experiences.
