I would rather pay $60 for a game an be DONE with it. I hate those stupid Micro-Transactions. If at a later date the developers want to add an expansion or upgrade at a price that is fine, but I do not need a game to ask me for my wallet every time I want to progress.
I don't think so. I mean they are not exactly great, but not bad. There are still games I will pick up on Wii U over PS3/PS4(depending on which one has better gameplay) I am looking forward to Donkey Kong, Wonderful 101, 3D Mario world (I am skeptical about), but bet it will be at least a 9/10, Rayman is amazing if you have the demo on Wii U and the Gamepad is a must for that game, Zelda WW HD, Pikmin3 will all be out this Holiday. The thing that SUCKS about Nintendo is I wanted SSB OR...
It still does not matter. The developers of the game stated that the Wii U's second screen makes the game better. People do not give Wii U enough credit for being different. Look at Need for Speed on Wii U. It is GREAT. The Wii U can still do things that other consoles can not.
This is not a fanboy comment it is the truth. For the record Sony blew my socks off this E3! :)
Sony already has. I have to say Sony really impressed me. I was afraid it was going to cost me too much money to pick up a PS4 day one. I was WRONG :) . Sony and Nintendo are both affordable for gamers. I did the math for Xbox One and it comes to $677 day one just for the basics. Console/Game/Live/Tax=$677. Sony also has TONS of exclusives that are going to be amazing.
I also have to say I really liked the way Mario Kart 8 Looks. I also liked X, Donkey Kong, and Wonderful 101 from...
I hear where you are coming from, but hang in there. Sega, Monolith, Platinum, Ubi, Indie, all have games coming to Wii U. I think Nintendo is doing far better as far as making a console for gamers than Microsoft. Sony really shined though. Don't get me wrong, I am not really disagreeing.
I know it will be a great game, as I stated. I have no doubt at all. I just would have liked to have seen what Retro would have done with an open world DK game. I am totally excited about this game. I Just think with Retro's talent they would have blown our minds with an open world game we could explore.
WOW! This looks great! 2014? Nintendo should have been on their A game and had this out no later than PS4/One release.
I am sure the game will be great, BUT how bout instead of wasting Retro's talent on a 2D platformer, uh have the make a 3D open world Donkey Kong Country game...I mean COMMMMMMMONN!!!!!!!!
I am not going to bash Xbox fans, but Sony's $399 price point, the ability to trade games, more power, and allot of exclusives make it much more appealing to me(was not getting Xbox One anyway). To start up with ONE $499/console $59.00/Live $59.99/game $60/tax $677.00 day one.
I already have Wii U, and have to say so far am a little let down that all of the new 1st party games at E3 seem to have a 2014 release date with the exception of Zelda WW HD (so far). I am glad I have Wii...
I mean, wouldn't you rather have seen even a SM64 or Sunshine type game over this? Galaxy to this day I can pop into Wii U and it looks great. The game looks great, and its just a Wii game. I was hoping Nintendo would have blown our socks off with something amazing looking. Graphics are not everything, but common look what Nintendo did on Wii. Wii U has way more power than a Wii, and Nintendo should use it.
Looks pretty fun. I just hope that it is a great single player game. After seeing this though I kind of wish it were Galaxy 3, but Nintendo I am sure will prove me wrong.
I am not here to beat up Xbox fans, but I know that for allot of fans it is too costly to start up. They pointed out the Console, live, but not the fact you also have to pick up a game if you want to play anything. You will have to add another $59.00-$69.00 to that $559 they came up with in this article plus TAX. So $499/console $59.99/live $59.99/Game=$619.97 another rounded up to 10% $61.99 tax $681.96. Ouch! Sure the games are going to look sweet, but I am very interested to see if Son...
Well, STRICTLY based on looks, the Wii U is streamlined compared to the other two. Xbox One, looks like a PC on its side or a dated VCR.
I think it is fake, and I will tell you why. Sega and Sonic would be on that list. We all know Lost Worlds is playable at E3. It looks great I might add. :)
I for one am looking forward to this game! Looks great and they mixed it up allot! I am also happy its a Nintendo exclusive because Nintendo needs the Support. I will be picking up PS4 too, but good for Sega and Nintendo!
Really, because I am 42 and really like Nintendo. I did not realize that the consoles you own right now, could do what Wii U can. Like Uh having a friend over BOTH online and playing Bops 2 NO SPLIT SCREEN, Or uh lets see on the fly NO PAUSE weapons Switch...Oh and can you play 360 on your main TV and hit a button and play it on the 360 controller? Hey dude just asking...BTW the Internet on Wii U is MUCH better than my PS3, oh yeah and Wii U is free to play.
You clearly have ...
I know, freaking fanboys are so stupid...Newer tech more ram, and yet Microsoft fanboys still think its better than Wii U in terms of power...ROFL Stupid people...I mean really. I think most of the fanboys are 20 0r younger....I also hope they have fun with their new cable box,and have even more fun shelling out more money for USED games. Also they will have to have their 360 right there if they want to play their old games...and can not transfer any of their old downloads....Oh yeah and the...
I don't think its same old same old...For one I have a gamepad that gives me on the fly weapons switch, and my maps on the gamepad instead of cluttering up my screen. TVii is already doing allot of what the 1st box is going to do in a few months and Nintendo is improving it....So yeah whatever.
Why would you buy a basic, No game, cradle, etc....Oh well to each his owm
