I have been saying URE4 for PC/Console was running on Switch, not the mobile version and of coarse the haters hated! There are other current gen engines that are running on it as well. I have my hopes set for Switch!

Ugh, we have had retro games available for years now, Switch will be no different with the eShop. The added Gamecube games will be nice. Other than that, same ol same ol. I want new games. I have all the retro games I want on my Wii U.
This article is very misleading. The headline states.... That it cant run direct ports, later it states....direct ports from PS4/XB1 to Switch "May not be possible".

I said this yesterday, to the "no one cares about Nintendo"! I was like, uh yeah that is why Switch was the number one googled console in 2016! Beating out VR,PS4,PRO,XB1! Lol!

Today, we have TONS of portable power options to power all of our portable devices. You can more than double your devices power with something the size of Bic lighter.
So if Switches battery life ends up being low end, let's say 3 hours (ouch for gamers on the go but not for me) add a battery back up and you have 6 hours, that should be plenty. Also you can play while its plugged in, if you had to!

Switch is running current gen engines fine. Dark Souls 3, Runs on it, The Switch runs the PC/console version of URE4, not the mobile version. I think for the size, and ease of taking it on the go, its pretty dang cool!
Mine will be docked most of the time though.
No, Switch was the most Googled system in 2016(along with classic new) that means people know about it, and are interested! Wii U, people just did not get!! Wii U, is a good system but it just didn't get the recognition it should have!

Good, they have done this before, but I have a feeling Switch is getting a remaster! Or sequel, I said 3 months ago I thought it would be a release game for Switch!
Of coarse it may not even be remastered, I think this is Nintendo's chance to use one of their many under used IPs!! Let's wait and see!

Also Mario Run is not even released for Android yet. Apple has a large market, but android does too! I have Galaxy 6 and would download it, but can't yet! All info on it for android says 2017! Hell I will have Switch before Mario run!
No way the games would not play right on mobile! Nintendo prides itself on gameplay! Why ruin games.
The only games that may play well on mobile are classic Nintendo RPGs.
It sold more than Dreamcast, and Dreamcast had some amazing games! I don't regret my purchase for a second! It still does things PS4 can't! Wii U has a ton of great content, and its to bad "gamers" did not give it a chance!
Uh, I do not need to justify my claims. I guess The Dark Souls Trilogy running on Switch, as well as Unreal Engine 4, and for those who say phones can do that, yeah, but they use the Mobile version, Switch Uses the full PC/console version.

I am on the same page, with the traditional, console, and I do not expect PS4 level of power, unfortunately from Switch, but I do have confidence, with all current gen engines running up to par on it, that is a good sign.
Again the Tegra 1 chipsets are not the old school chips, they were built specifically for Switch!!!! It's not just a plain old mobile chip! The manufacturer said a TON of man hours went into the design for gaming! Seasons of Heaven, was pointed out to me ad being ran on PC. It looks AMAZING! After research I found out, yes its running on PC, but with the specs Nintendo gave them for Switch!
