I bet the Switch will be able to hold its own against 1st gen XB1/PS4. I am okay with that. Also Nintendo 1st party games on Wii U look fantastic!!!! Xenoblade X, is HUGE and looks great on my 60inch 4k TV. I cant wait to see what they do with Switches added power with Xenoblade.
I am not buying Switch for a MK8 game I already own on Wii U , with all the DLC also I have played it t death . Mario is not until Holiday season. Which is why I am waiting till fall....I have said it before I already have a Wii U, yes I think Switch is going to be awesome, but for a Wii U owner, it offers very little to justify a day one....

I Am excited for it too, but our tech guy here on KTLA news in So Cali, has an early access Switch, he received From Nintendo. He said, he had a "blast with BOTW", So far the games graphics are not mind blowing, and the Joycons are too small, but he thinks that sales wise it is going to be the next Wii. He really likes it. His full review will be next week. I am talking about him, because he is usually spot on. I am sure he is going to say allot of good things next week
This is not a big deal. The cards are small, Switch will support up to 2 TB cards (they do not even exist yet). So if you go physical its not like you have to carry around Blu Ray disks, You can use any brand SD cards, as I have read the switch ones are expensive. So get a 128gig sd card for $60 that would at least let you have a few games you have downloaded on the go.

I want one, but have Wii U, so I am going to wait till fall. There are no games that I MUST HAVE. For anyone that does not have Wii U, MK8 alone makes it worth a purchase. I am unsure if I will buy BOTW for Wii U, or wait till I get a Switch.

Well Japan has a HUGE portable market, and Switch is both portable, and a home console, so YES. Switch should sell VERY well in Japan. Nintendo knows that.

This game is massive stand alone. The DLC just adds to an already COMPLEAT game. The massive world should get DLC, its already 80 hours plus stand alone. If you do not want the DLC don't get it!
The game is massive as it is, it has 100 shrines alone. Its map is as large if not larger than Xenoblade X, So this is very much so a complete game, but Nintendo knows that with a world this large there is always room for more to do.
Meh, BOTW is the only must have Switch game for me. As I have said, I bought Xbox One instead. Ton of used games(used system too) with a year plan and Gamestop Pro card $323. Since then picked up a bunch more games for it too.

I bought one, instead of Switch, because I already have Wii U, and Switch has BOTW, MK8, Splatoon 2, I already have MK8 and can pick up BOTW for Wii U, so I chose to buy a used XB1. VERY happy with it. I got the system and a TON of great games $323 out the door. Switch would have been 1 game and almost $400 out the door.
Cant wait till fall though, Mario should be AMAZING, also Skyrim....Also by then Switch should have more apps.
