Actually PC's use DVD9 still and there games go higher than both the 360/PS3 resolutions and the games are usually much better than anything on consoles graphics wise.

Please don't compare this game to Gears.. Gears1 absolutely b!tch slapped RFOM in sales, graphics, gameplay and popularity. Gears 2 has the pedegree to do it again. One JRPG I forgot was Enchanted Arms and also I believe there is a Final Fantasy as well like XI.

His whole Mass Effect rumors are twisted. The developer came right out and said that the ME Trilogy is going to be on the 360 and then just like with ME1 get released later on the PC platform.

You can most certainly download multiple items on the 360, they are called "Active Downloads".
