well that's why they've now moved on to Wii, and GC. They've successfully rereleased SS with minimal improvements at full price, and lazily packed in 3 Mario games running through emulation at full price as well. They have the next few years covered with Wii and GC ports
Those changes should've come with or without covid happening. Go is kind of a drag playing even with the changes made a year back now. There is such a huge disconnect from Niantic and it's community and they don't seem to care cause they're still getting so much money.
I don't want them to take over I just want the option to improve tech wise. With the Deck the tech is trying to catch up with the games rather than having to scale games so down for tech that's obviously not powerful enough to handle it.
Would you rather people just turn a blind eye to corporate greed and shady business practices? The reason people keep on with these jokes is because EA, ACTIVISION, Ubi constantly prove themselves to be horrible companies. I much rather see people shite on these companies and every other shady company than ignore them and continue to buy their products. Don't YOU people get tired of defending corporations that do not care for you?
I hope so. I'd like to see portable gaming getting better and better and I think the Steam Deck might just be that push. I don't think it'll replace stationary hardware, but I personally like not having to turn on a TV and being able to move around and just take my games with me.
I don't think I need a 200+ dollar way of telling time. I'll never understand why publishers can't go into partnerships to bring affordable game merch to fans
Why does this need remake when a remastering and a rerelease would suffice?
No, he only knew about "git gud" from the countless memes. He never actually played DS or Bloodborne
That's very neat! If he could get it into app form, allow pins, and add in whatever ends up on the sequel it could end up being a very cool and useful companion app
Persona 5 according to all the whiney people saying it was homophobic
I was into the idea of a Gale and Colosseum remaster but with how Nintendo has been handling their remaster I don't want em anymore personally. Pokemon pinball would most likely end up being a 60 dollar port too
Since last gen, where have you been? Almost every major multiplayer game all through last gen has had a beta or alpha locked behind their preorder. I never understood people's willingness to pay to test an incomplete product when it's supposed to be the other way around. Early access is still a thing too but people still wonder why our little hobby has been on a steady decline
Honestly very excited for this, have been since the reveal
Even if not mandatory I'm pretty sure people have the right to when they choose to. It's the fear of losing your job that stops people from doing it, and it's time work standards change cause we really don't need to suffer through BS
If you wanna count 120 shrines of copy pasted content, 4 copy pasted blight fights, and a handful of flashback cutscenes, 60 dollars worth of content then yes I guess there's sooooo much to do. Not only did I play it, but I player nearly 200 hours of it, most of which was just exploring one of the most emptiest, and lifeless world in a game, exploring to see what little interesting things there was to see. And thats all there really is to do in BoTW, see cause it barely has content to pla...
U2 is the only game playable on crushing without causing a great amount of frustration. Not to mention just how much influence it had that they redid some of U2s set pieces like the caravan twice, and armored truck chase in U4.
The Switch only has access to the Switch games and The Deck will have access to all of Nintendo's games from NES all thru the Wii U which Nintendo hasn't bothered getting on the Switch aside from the lackluster NES/SNES games they have which aren't a lot. And they already said you can buy any dock and it'll work just fine connected to the TV. The only advantage was Nintendo games and there'll be more Nintendo games to play on the Deck than on the Switch.
So reall...
Have you all really have not noticed that almost all their games now have a DLC Pass? They done it with BoTW, Hyrule Warriors, AC, Pokemon. You know what those games have in common? They're all bare bone, barely any content. You can talk about the quality of Ninty games but they're milking it this gen hard, and releasing almost nothing in between.
I like the idea more than I thought when first revealed, but I think the presentation could've been done better with a different perspective and a faster pace. Maybe they'll improve it with time
Committed only after being fully exposed. That's not how improvement works, and they're only gonna give into demands to take some of the heat away from themselves. After that they'll go back to not giving any fks about their workers. You want real change? Leave in mass. Hurt them where they care the most, money. Without workers they can't continue a business, and investors will vote out all those in charged who allowed all this shite to happen in the first place
