What he did was say that maybe it's not sexism, but rather simply bad writing. One or the other. He's in no position to claim it is either. He doesn't consider that G4 girl might be just an overreacting idiot, which she is.

Other M is NOT easy. Biggest challenge I've faced in a game in a while. I was starting to think I was too good for games. This game's kicking my butt. To my shame, I died 7 times in five minutes last night. Plays itself? I don't think so.
Ugh. This game is great. I'm a couple hours in and it's really well done. I'm really sick of these people that think they've ruined Samus. Sorry, dude. Samus has been like this for a long time. The canonical manga explained it all. Her back story is tragic and she has a lot of issues. Don't get mad at Other M because you're a Samus n00b.

I totally agree. I used to be able to say pokemon weren't kiddie, but now they look like stuffed animals. I could imagine some of the old pokemon hunting and living in the wild. These not so much.
