I have a virtual boy and I love it. I've never gotten a headache or become uncomfortable. For this reason, I doubt the 3DS will affect me.
Like CNN knows what the hell they're talking about. Those old farts can't appreciate a long, developed game.
No no no. He said "to much mario". It's a toast, I think.
I'm 20 hours into Okami and the more I play, the sadder it makes me that it did so badly. I thought I'd never feel the same way I did as when I first played Ocarina of Time. I thought I was too grown up now to ever experience a game in that way again, but I was wrong. Okami does it.
"Value" and "price" are not the same thing. Nintendo is unhappy with the lame little games that are on the market.
Would love to see all these games on 3DS.
3DS is going to hold me a while. I hope Wii 2 doesn't come out until I've made back the money I spend on 3DS.
If it weren't for the many times I wandered around talking to everybody trying to trigger an event, I'd agree. Really good game, but I think it held itself back from greatness.
This article, though, reads like a 12-year-old's Amazon.com review... It's not really convincing about how good the game is. In fact, halfway through I wondered if it was being sarcastic.
Who approved this? This is not the place to post your sketches. Please refrain from this in the future.
This guy doesn't seem to know that games no longer have individual friend codes.
Well, while 3D doesn't really add any new, obvious gameplay possibilities, I think it will really help platformers. To be able to judge distance in a game... that's more than an aesthetic gimmick. I think it will affect play in ways we don't yet realize.
Also, 3DS has added a gyroscope and motion controls, so that's something.
Couldn't you say that PSP2 is "the same thing" but with 3 different types of motion?
And 3DS also has motion controls. Add that to the two screens, with one being a touch screen, I'd say 3DS actually has more play options.
EDIT: Does PSP2 have a touch screen? If so, forget I said that.
PSP2 seems more like an upgrade than a revolution, bringing more of the same games you'd find on the PS3, which will be appealing to a l...
Of course, it's not BECAUSE it's weaker that it does better. What this trend shows is that power is not what's important to most gamers. Nintendo succeeds because it gives people something new with each console. Some would call them gimmicks, but, whatever you call it, it's been successful.
Basically, Sony wants to bring console gaming to a handheld, while Nintendo wants handhelds to do things a console can't.
"Sony is once again leading the pack in consoles and hand held gaming"
No matter which system you prefer, you cannot claim PSP led the pack in hand held gaming. DS owned it. Again, I'm not saying one is better than the others, but the above statement exposes a huge amount of bias.
Cool, but how many times is this same video going to be approved? This is the third duplicate of this story I've seen so far.
Definitely NOT a Kirby's Adventure remake, but looks great!
Actually, Reshiram is just about the worst. His design is abysmal. And that's not my opinion. That's a universal truth.
Five reasons they aren't doomed:
Mario
Donkey Kong
Zelda
Metroid
Kirby
Wow. There goes all their credibility. This is even worse than G4 putting Other M in their "worst" list.
"I think it's fair enough to say that, as a whole, the Nintendo DS was awful"
Lost me right there. DS is the greatest system of all time and has the largest selection of quality titles ever.
