Like all things Halo related, this trailer looks fantastic. Bungie and Microsoft really out did themselves on this...but I fell that way about all the Halo products.
I don't see how any game can compete with the level of diversity this game is bringing to the world. If this doesn't warrant a GOTY award then something is seriously wrong. The multi-player and Forge alone will keep gamers going for years.

Just another great game on the best gaming console out there. Halo Reach will keep the fans happy till Halo 4 and beyond. M$ has really out done themselves this year with the best hard core line up laying the competition to waste. Kudos to M$...great to see our hard earned money at work.

I saw an earlier video and the difference was not a big as it appears here. The removal of foliage is a bad sign. Looks like RDR all over again.
In that comparison, it looks like the PC is clearer...Who's knows, no 2 PC's are the same. As Aquanox said...DEPENDS on your rig.
The PS3 and 360 look the same with minor differences. The destructible environments look nice in this video and high production values over all. Some of the gameplay videos I've seen look kinda choppy tho, here the fps are solid. Wait for more info and vids. Looks like another GTA/RDR clone.

Well Sonic the hedge hog can give people headaches it's so fast. It's different than racing and alot worse with all the loop to loop stuff.
Halo is a fantastic franchise and I hope we see a yearly release for the game. Halo wars was great for the RTS crowd, introducing those game play mechanics to the Halo universe. Halo ODST was great as well with a great story, new weapons, ALL the Halo multi-player maps plus 4, new game mode in firefight and the beta key for Halo Reach. You want to compare that to Heavy rain or GOW for value...what a joke the brand X kids are.
Halo deserves every inch of the pedestal it sits...
The entire Heavy Rain game is a cut scene...wins first prize.
MGS4 had 30 mins of cut scenes in the first 33 minutes of game time...epic indeed.
UC2 had 564 pre-renderd cut scenes, some extremely long. Top three no doubt.
No need to apologize, the video is near identical save for a couple of seconds. PS3 fans butthurt because is demonstrates GT is slow...very slow in fact. Kotaku should post ALL the real GT game play videos. they look all the same. then we can have a comparison. I don't think Sony or Poly would like that...lol.

Nobody liked Ucharted...hmmm...maybe it's not as good as you think. Those " gamers " your complaining about actual play games other than Uncharted. Those Gamers are the same people that bought MW2 over UC on ps3 by the millions and why MW2 sold 20 million and UC sold 2.75. Not to mention Halo, Gears...etc.

PS3 butthurt over the reveal that GT is as slow as molasses in loading AND GAMEPLAY...lol. The video's look the same to me...the difference is less than 15 secs give or take 15 secs...lol. That video has been around a long time. I think you will see more and more as the launch nears showing GT needs 7 more years to get the game to load and run at normal and acceptable speeds...the pre-rendered trailers run real fast.

Sorry peter...there will be an a huge amount of competition for gaming dollars this year. Halo Reach and COD are with in 3 months of each other. The Fable 3 PC version has been delayed to who knows when. 5 million is a massive number for a RPG on 360, let alone any other CONSOLE.
Fable 2 was a great game and I expect those same peps will buy the game. Not having some sort of Kinect game play is a mistake. Fable 3 with Kinect compatibility in some way would of opened the gam...

Sorry, looks the same to me. That video has been around forever. The worse the driver, the worse the game looks. He was doing some good speed when he went around that bend ( 2:09 ) an hit that car and the thing barely moved. Also the difference between the video playback and a the actual racing is way off, something you see in other GT videos.

In the very near future, M$, Nintendo and Sony will be an Icon/logo on your television screen that you click on when you want to enter their domain and game. Activision and EA will have there own sites as well. No more consoles, no more discs...just gaming. Why will you need a console when all you need is a Internet connection. Discs will still be around in 10 years like vinyl records are around today and I'm sure some one stills uses tapes and eight track tapes...BUT it won't the standard. People want their information, including gaming on the go meaning no discs and boxes laying around or covering a wall.
