My only concern is the control scheme...looks like it will require a relatively steep learning curve.
We have been spoiled recently with some great controlling FPS's lately...Bulletstorm, KZ 3 and Crysis 2 especially have really upped the ante.

What I really like about Id is how real they appear as a team. It looks like they went all over the world and picked out the best of the best to work on the game and were not limited to whatever region they are located in.

I think they should of launched first week in December. Launching in the same window ( Oct/Nov ) as Forza 4, Rage, Battlefield 3, MW3, Halo Anny and Uncharted just didn't make sense to begin with. Being in the middle of that pack would be tough for anybody.

Very reminiscent of Infamous 2 with the cartoony look and all the physics based game play. The one thing they should of considered, as well as Infamous 2, was maybe some Euphoria tech to make the animations look...a little more realistic-like when they are falling all over the place.

M$ PAID 50+ million just for exclusive timed DLC for GTA 4...lol...these guys will make a small fortune on GTA 5...EVERYBODY knows that.

Turn Ten seem to have some incredible 360 tech at their disposal but don't seem to be the least bit interested in making anything but Forza games.
It would seem like a logical step to create a separate company that just works on the engine and shares that with all first party devs.

What I think Lionhead really needs is to bring in some of the great talent that is roaming around the gaming waste land as many Pubs trim and cut their work forces. There has been some really great devs that have shut down recently...fresh blood is always a good thing.

The WW2 scenario is bit long in the tooth. Why not just create a new story and update the weapons with a fictional war and some great new weapons no one has ever seen before.
Sniper Elite was one of my favorite games last gen and the bullet time the best feature by far but with so many WW2 games having been done, it would of been nice to get caught up in the new story with a different ending.
Regardless...a true sniping game is ALWAYS on my radar. :)...
