They do an excellent job of getting you to login for the weekly stuff. I likely only play the game for a few hours every week but I'm there every week... and have been since release.
Already earned mine...
The more I see about this game the more I'm relieved that Epic removed any decision I had in buying the game without really knowing what it will be.
Now I will warts and all.
Milked it too much? GT had issues, and frankly its not my series of choice, but how can Sony Milk it to death when it feels like it never releases a title. 2 last Gen (with one being numbered) and 1 (not numbered) so far this generation?
It went from preorder (like the first two) to being somewhere down the line for a number of reasons... It will be a better and cheaper game when I get to it...
That's bold of them to say... Considering I think a PS5 will be the popular console by the time they get it released.
Oh, yay, Kotaku. Not even going to click.
Agreed. I don't understand the issues people have with this game.
I didn't really get a current gen console for MP till January and it was the PS4. Imagine my surprise that Sony's now paid MP is still missing features that people took for granted on the 360.
Also, the one game's MP I'm interested in is published by Sony but you have no way to report cheaters.
Just so glad that Sont is taking the money and pocketting it and not doing any upgrades on there service.
Fuck that shit.
I would hope it's from the stream.
If they police the MP and keep it free of cheaters and the whatnot or if they use the money to improve their infrastructure I'm not outright appalled by the idea... The PS3 taught me that.
I can only speak for myself, and I only pay for MP on the PS4 (last gen I paid for gold) but I can honestly say it seems like Sony just pockets the money... I see rampant crap everytime I fire up the PS4 for MP. PS4 paid MP is still behind the 360. Way behind. Its staggering to b...
@PapaBop, if so its certainly time... Bioware has been dead and just a name on the wall for far too long.
I'm glad you enjoyed it but that's a horrible way to experience a classic. lol
If you ever get the chance play the orginal on PC.
It certainly wasn't the best game in the series, nor was it the game I wanted, but it wasn't a bad game at all. It actually has the best narrative of the series so if that narrative style plus early D2/D1 mechanics happens in the next one I'll be a happy man.
Eh, I'm no elite gamer but i had no issues doing all the story missions, normal strongholds, and invaded missions solo. Invaded strongholds I teamed up on just because they are long missions.
Basically, if you have issues killing enemies than get higher level weapons. If you are getting downed to easily than get new gear.
The game is amazing as a single player experience...
It's great solo. I did everything under level 30 by myself. I did the invaded missions by myself with no issues. I did match make for the invaded strongholds just cause I knew how king those missions can be.
Honestly, I think the biggest "saving grace" that Anthem has is that others can enjoy the pain together... MP didn't doom it. Bioware's lack of vision did. They had six years.
Simon's Quest is always the bastard child of the good Castlevania. It was frankly ahead of it's time.
I would agree that Ucharted 2 was the best MP game on the PS3... Sadly it seems like a lot of people never noticed it, simply playing the campaign and moving on.
It was unique, it played like no other game on any platform... Sadly, UC3/4 fail to live up to its promise... Hopefully an UC5 gets it right.
