Why don't you try the kinect? Unless you're entertaining Kim Il Sung for dinner nobody cares about your personal life.
I understand that without the kniect the UI would seem broken.....but your approach would be like to break digipad of the DS4 and complain that the UI isn't great without the digipad
Just because Forza has 1080p60FPS doesn't mean other games aren't worth having. Personally the best exclusive of both platforms for me is DR3. But the game I want most is BF4.
It doesn't matter what system you buy - theres a great choice of multiplats until the true heavyweight exclusives hit
That depends.. if a movie can be art, the yes video games are art. Probably even more-so because they provide a deeper more meaningful experience to the consumer. The paternal feelings I had for Ellie and Elizabeth, I had never got from a movie.
But I don't really care if they are classified as art. That word has been thrown around too much by modern day hipsters and losers and as such - has lost all meaning to me.
I'd love to see them bring out a CTR2 cross platform (I know it was a PS exclusive but I won't have a PS4). Honestly I wouldn't pay €60 for a crash game, but bring it out as a €20 DD and I'd be all over that sh1t!
Couldn't care less about graphics....just that mariokart style gameplay with better characters is all I want. I rebought it for PS3....if I had a PS4 I'd buy it again too

I've found that an installed game runs better than on the disc. Yes it means you have to wait but in the long run its worth it.
Plus I think you'll be able to predownload games before they're released and unlock them at the midnight of release. This would be fantastic!

Try the 1980s arcade game with updated graphics because all the AAA titles have bombed. I'm so happy I decided not to jump,ship in the end (I was very close).
My advice is to stick to multiplatform games for now.
Jasus, the reviews are making me take this game very seriously. The same way they turned me off kz. Maybe I'll get dr3 instead of ryse. Lets see what edge says about that

The UI was designed for it.
It doesn't have to intrude on games unless its tasteful - for example head tracking in BF4.
Apart from the obvious power step up. Its the biggest difference between the new gen and current gen

Theres no denying the PS4 is a beast of a machine, but right now the only games worth buying are multi-plats. Maybe KZ but the reviews weren't great.
If I was getting a PS4 I'd only be buying BF4 until Destiny came out.
When you can only afford one game but want to buy 3, then reviews matter....or if you don't like wasting money on bad games
I wish I was getting a PS4. I've chosen XB1 and I'm happy but I'd love the PS4 too.
I do think the lack of launch games is a bit unforgivable though. I really don't consider Resogun a next gen game....not even a current gen game. Killzone looked amazing but reviews are saying its quite lackluster.
At least theres some good and one great multiplat title (BF4) to keep you entertained until Infamous comes out.

7 out of 10? COD Ghosts got slated for that. Do what you want with your money. The next 4 FPS's I'll get are Bf4, Titanfall, Destiny and Halo 5.
I'm an FPS guy and I'm getting the console that spoils you for choice in that genre. At least you'll be able to play BF4 and Destiny (possibly with extra pixels!).
