You must be skipping TGS, especially sony pre-conference when they showed a new colour and dozens of games for Vita (God Eater 2 RB, new YS, Gundam, Danganronpa: Another eps, Senran Kagura: Estival Versus, etc).
I'm really enjoying Wild Arms XF on PSP, so i don't mind a new spin-off for vita. Also, Patapon 4 vita would be cool too. I'm crossing my finger though.
As far as the graphic go (yes it's beautifull), i seriously want to see some things before i decided to buy FF 15:
1) Summons
What kind of summon we have in XV. Is it the traditional one like Efreet, Shiva, etc or a new one like in FF 12?
2) Magic
They already show a couple of standard magic like fire or ice, but i want to see more. Perhaps new magic that's never appear on any FF?
3) Limit break

Sigh..it's nothing to do with vita sales. Let me explain it to you:
1) Keiichiro Toyama and his Project Siren team never do yearly game. Just look at their track record from the 1st Siren to Gravity Rush. They always took their time like two, three, or four years to finish one project.

Fyi, Keiichiro Toyama and his small team took 3-4 year to make Gravity Rush (the 1st protoype back in 2008 for PS3 until they changed it for vita). For Gravity Rush 2, they just began the development last year and showed the teaser in TGS 2013.
So be patient mate. I'm sure Keiichiro Toyama and his team are working hard to finished Gravity Rush 2. And if he thinks the game not ready to show to the public than the only thing we can do is wait. But my prediction we will get...
Don't forget SEGA and i'm sure arcade also gave a huge impact for some people (including me).

I had enough experienced with square-enix tease "please be excited" and their bullshite. So i'm not expecting much from them.
Playing FF IX, Patapon, YS 7, Breath of Fire IV, and Persona 3 Portable on OLED vita are pure bliss. Sony shouldn't remove the OLED screen for vita slim because it is one of the best thing that distinguish between Vita and other handheld.
I reached chapter 10 before i gave up playing it and as far as i remembered Lightning etc don't have any limit break / signature moves. Well my memory a bit fuzy though, it's like 4 years ago.
