It's possible now. Apple's App Store, Steam, Google's Play Store, Microsoft's Store are all digital only and very successful. It makes distributing content easier for everyone.
@Baka-akaB: Like I said, it is already happening on Phones, Tablets and Computers which are much larger markets. The question of "if" has already been answered, it works and developers and consumers love it.
Anyone who thinks Digital isn't the future is in for an awakening. The transition is already happening. By next generation everyone will be digital only, whether they like it or not. It is just a better way to distribute code that is up to date.
And here I just thought the 8 years of development meant development hell :D
It is in the E3 demo walkthrough for the Lambo. The developer says it has full SIM settings but it is up to the driver how they want to play it.
I know, this was exciting to me as well! Probably my favorite thing about Forza is their perfect SIM controls.
@torchic: The only trolling going on here is what Forza Horizons did to poor DriveClub.
I kind of feel sorry for DriveClub, Forza Horizons one upped them on almost everything. Drivatars, Weather at launch, 1000 member club limit, full SIM settings, off road racing, open world gameplay, more car licenses etc.

That is fine about the VR, I will get my fix with Oculus regardless. Very excited about the cloud compute in Crackdown though!

I love LBP, pretty excited for this. I do find it frustrating that they lied to us though. Why tell us they won't be there. Not a fan of being lied to. Regardless though, can't wait for the game.
I didn't really like the demo they showed on stage, but I can see how it might be one of those games that you can't really appreciate it until you play it.

All insiders suck. They ruined E3. Bloodborne, Halo MasterChief both should have been megatons but their big mouths ruined the surprise.
Pretty impressive, it already looked great but definitely a huge improvement even still.
