Can't wait to play Team Sneak again... I regret not taking advantage of the last couple weeks MGO2 was still online.

Laughing at someone for wanting to create meaningful characters in video games? The height of comedy... /s

The Director's Cut of Human Revolution fixed a lot of the problems I had with the boss fights. I think they'll look to that when creating the new ones for this game. I'm really stoked for Mankind Divided, Human Revolution was one of my favorite games in 2011.

Yeah, there's a point in the game where the difficulty goes from 'seriously hard,' to 'f*** you' hard. I remember having a lot of trouble with that area too. I'm currently struggling to get past Darkbeast Paarl on New Game +, which only ramps up the difficulty earlier lol.

This is my most anticipated multiplayer title this year. Been waiting since 2012 to get back into MGO, and since 2008 for another core MGS experience (I skipped Peace Walker because I didn't have a PSP). September can't get here fast enough!

The Playstation 4. The framerate was pretty choppy across the board, especially in bigger fights. But when it ran smoothly, it was really fun (except for the weird camera/targeting controls).

For what it was, I really enjoyed the demo. I actually didn't mind the characters, and I love the whole emphasis on this being a fantasy in reality thing.

I just hope they can fix the awful framerate (at times), and tweak the targeting system, which felt a little clumsy in battles with >5 enemies.

That is a pretty serious claim... I hope you're right though. From the looks of these comments, I shouldn't be disappointed.

Must... resist... watching... Just one day and I'll hopefully see this for myself (assuming that this is the summon in Episode Duscae).

If it's done right, you shouldn't HAVE to pay for anything, that's the point.

Especially since Amazon doesn't charge anything until 2 days before the game releases, and I doubt it'll be this price again until well after its release.

I personally loved Red Dead Redemption's story. Same deal with Grand Theft Auto V's. I liked them for the same reason: both had protagonists that I loved to hate. John Marston, while definitely out to better his life and redeem his past, was still a pretty shitty guy. And the three protagonists in GTAV are just so hilariously stereotypical that I can't help but like them. I guess I'm just into the whole "anti-hero" thing.

I highly recommend you play ...

I feel like Grand Theft Auto has to stay in the United States, just because we're the easiest to make fun of, especially when it comes to pop-culture and the like. Maybe take the game south? Like, Texas or something? Somewhere that Rockstar could heavily satirize, and something that hasn't already been done like New York, Miami, or Los Angeles. I would say Chicago, but that's essentially New York... maybe Detroit? I don't know, they've done the big ones already that now th...

The case is probably that over time, since the games announcement a couple years ago, voice recording techniques have improved. Not to mention that most voice recording these days are done with motion-capture, so the time spent animating the faces has to be significantly less. I doubt that this game will be out anytime before June, especially if they're still recording.

Also, like Quiet, Code Talker might be a support character that is possible to miss in the game, so may...

Such a great year! Fingers crossed for no more delays, or at least no more delayed games turning out underwhelming.

I agree that an open-world game needs things to do scattered throughout it, but I think that *discovery* is an important aspect to the activities. A good example how this is done wrong is with most Ubisoft games. They have you climb a tower or whatever, then a portion of the map is unlocked and BLAM, you're hit with a trillion different things to do. It can be overwhelming. I'm not saying a game like this doesn't have its merits, but that formula is beginning to become tiresome. ...
