I forgot what day it was and innocently went to the game shop to trade in Ys I&II Chronicles this afternoon. BIG mistake. x_x
Looking forward to this for sure but am wanting the PS3 version slightly moreso.
I might have to finally break down and get one for this, Xenoblade, and the handful of other gems I've missed over the years. It might finally be time.
...But his comment was abou tit not coming into HIS home.
You even quoted it.
Re: "I said NOTHING about everybody having to buy it or having to like it. Where somebody would get such a stupid idea is baffling."
^ And he said NOTHING about it not selling units. Where you got such a stupid idea is baffling.
Yes, because if 4.1 million people are buying, everyone else MUST buy it! Clearly all humans must like the same things.
But... I think the PSP's fall lineup actually IS stellar. >_>
Cladun, ZHP, Birth by Sleep, Oath in Felghana, Knights in the Nightmare, Arc the Lad, Arc the Lad II, Alundra...
And if you wanna import, Tactics Ogre and Yakuza New Chapter are out now, plus God Eater Burst....
I dunno but in my book it's tough for any game to touch Valkyria Chronicles.
I'm guessing TU isn't dropping much because there probably aren't very many copies. Low demand, but even lower supply, perhaps?
He means it's the boy from Fallout, not a character called "Fallout Boy." There's some alt rock band called Fallout Boy (a reference to a Simpsons episode in which Milhouse plays the sidekick of Radioactive Man), and chak_ kind of made a double-reference to, I don't know, make himself feel good or something.
The character is the mascot of the game series "Fallout," which saw a new release this year.
If you Google Image Search ...
Re: "2010 was a huge year for gaming - arguably the biggest in recent memory"
How recent is recent?
I mean it was definitely the biggest year for gaming within the last 12 months, I'll give you that....
"Video no longer available due to copyright claim by Sega."
Apparently getting outvoted by 5 other will-probably-be-huge games, most of which have had big announcements in the last couple of weeks.
Golden Sun DD does look fun though, I'm with you on that.
Man, I'm hoping they make these console rumors for Witcher 2 a reality; my PC is starting to show its age :(
me: "I really want to buy a W2 console port"
Want.
Also Yakuza 4 and Ninokuni. Man, too much competition....
We didn't get part 2 though. :/
I tend to place more value on the words written rather than numbers. What did they actually say about the games? Like what were the reasons for these numbers?
To some people the "average" game is right in the middle of the scale, to others, it's more like 70% and some still don't think very highly of anything below the equivalent of 80%. What is the average game at this place and what are the actual comments they made?
The sentiment of ...
I don't think they did. But hey, now you can hop on the PSN and get 'em. The first one is kinda average but the second one is gold.
Yeah the PlayStation version from Arc the Lad Collection is on the PSN now for $6. Arc II comes out next week for the same price.
Which ones are which?
Cautiously optimistic, I guess. Imageepoch has made some middle-of-the-road TRPGs (Luminous Arc) but also some reeeeal stinkers (Arc Rise Fantasia)....
