The problem is people think this Bungie is the same studio that created the original Halo. The best talents went to 343i.
Xbox One gamma is by default darker. Bungie said the games are identical but here we go again with the my dick is bigger than your dick BS. When DF did the analysis of the betas, they said although the 900p version was at a lower resolution it still looked visually the same, and this was before the bump up to 1080p.

It's Halo firefight.
It's Halo firefight with space magic, which is fine. Destiny will be a great fun game but it's not a world beater. Can't wait to play it. Should provide a good warmup for competitive matches in Halo MCC.
Not worried about number of new IPs as much as I am about quality.
The Order 1886 looks like it is not going to deliver anything other than a graphics showcase. It will be their Ryse.
Driveclub looks amazing but is lacking a lot of content.
The other IPs Sony has won't come til later down the pipeline.
Don't care about the exclusive content. The game is visually identical on both consoles. The Xbox One version loads slightly faster, and has nice extra features like better twitch integration, snap achievements, and quick resume, Snap Skype etc etc. The PS4 version has its own little things that might make it unique like the Share feature but otherwise the games are identical outside of the exclusive content.
It was a decent title on PS One.

I bet MS and EA work out another deal for TF2 as a "timed" exclusive. They are best friends.
Sony's API is already very low level, CPU Multithreading is far beyond what the X1 is capable of doing with DX11, the SDKs are already mature. I don't think gains will be that substantial on PS4. The Xbox One was launched with bad drivers, poor SDKs, a 10% GPU reserve, and the extremely outdated dX11. It's not as easy to develop for.

That's great for PS4 owners. I cannot wait to play this graphically identical game on X1, with dedicated servers, Snap achievements, Smartglass, and 720p twitch streaming. Should be fun on both platforms. Game on!

It's a 7.5 to 8 game which is good. There is nothing ground breaking here.
