Amazing graphics, multi-player, story, creative gameplay mechanics, and long, yet engaging campaign. 20 vs 20 in multiplayer will be amazing as well. 25 vs 25 will not be too bad either.
I hope this game turns out be a graphics and gameplay powerhouse.
Weaker console also means lower price. Price plays a big factor, not power.
Pc's dont use blu-ray for games. I dont see the big with them not using blu-ray.
Knack is very intriguing, actually. I am pretty sure there will be games available only for the system to have people make the jump. The year only just begun. We still have to wait and see what games are in store only for the system. Metal gear solid 4 and uncharted 2 were the reasons I had to own a ps3. Those games alone made the ps3 worth every penny. Agreed, the combat is definitely more refined. This maybe the best god of war yet.
I mean seriously. People are making assumptions based on bits and pieces of games shown at the event. It just boggles the mind. When the next xbox gets announced, it will be the same thing all over again. If you want what you classify as "next gen," make your own game.
Like the person above said: what is next gen? What do people really want from consoles? Like I have always said: gameplay will never evolve faster than graphics, and that is true. All that matters is if a game is fun enough to you, and no one else. All genres will always be fresh because new generation of gamers will always emerge. Next gen consoles wont be taking your kids to school, or writing your college essay.

I apologize. I tend to see many comments that just don't seem valid, even though they are "opinions." If the game is released and/or is just about to be released, then I wouldn't have commented. There tends to be a lot of comments geared towards unfinished products on NG4 that you just open can't help but shake your head at. Again, another stupid comment. Who says the Witcher 3s pc version will take a hit because its coming to the ps4 and next xbox? I am pretty sure the pc wil be lead since both consoles are essentially like pcs. I have no doubt that cd project will not make any visual sacrifices for the pc version. It will look stunning across all platforms. Pc will obviously be the best version. The game is also using a new engine.

Looking forward to the game. I do hope they polish the graphics before its release. Uncharted 2 looks better from this angle.
Though there are footage showing how impressive the game can look, it makes the parts that are not as polished stand out.
Just the opening of god of war 3 alone is a testament to how technically impressive it was and still is.
I will agree that it does not look as refined as God of War 3 in the graphics department. It is only a demo though. I compared the two and you can tell that god of war 3 had a longer development time in terms of graphics. It still looks amazing though. The color palette--- at least in the demo---is what I dont like. Kratos as never looked better.
I definitely saw a jump from those pics. There are some fantastic looking games on consoles, dont get me wrong. But when you look at the best that pc's got, there is certainly room for growth in the graphics department for consoles. I see a significant jump and I am happy because of the possiblities of things to come.

FF13 is one of the best, if not the best looking game this gen on consoles. Absolutely incredible. Shame that it did not win any awards for the graphics category in 2010.
