so is this the long awaited console DRM ?
ohshit...
it's not the TF2 community mind you, it's the mentality some people in which some people are being raised this day and age.
this article just shows how much n4g users actually read the main article...
...on the ps3
here's hoping
No more 64 player games, no more jets, nothing.
Read this on the official site.
"Beta offer is contingent on Beta availability within 12 months of Medal of Honor release"
^ IE: You will only get into the beta IF the beta becomes available within 12 months of MoH releasing. So if it's after sorry the offer is void.
move and keyboard together at the same time?
yeah I'd like you to try that...
apparently in america 6 = 3
considering that, saw movies can be considered as some of the worst cinema ever, then 2 saw movies = 1 cheesy hollywood film
6/2 = 3
maybe?
never saw the PS3 advert, and that's a big thing considering I work in advertising - was it released in the US only?
SONY have great advert campaigns but unfortunately they fall short when choosing their target audience, culturally speaking the US, EU and the east have different views, what one might consider as funny others might view it as a taboo, SONY sometimes fails to realize that.
LBP ripoff? what the hell are you talking about?
LBP let the user be creative and create a huge number of contraptions etc... this seems more like a sims world clone
if you're talking about the past iterations, well both games are totally different, one is more orientated towards a western market, whilst the other focuses on the needs of the another audience who demand different games
I'd personally go for Mafia, liked Yakuza - to a certain extent but it surely has it's own potential to be a great game.
really depends on how the use of jagged edges is handled, with some games, such as RTSs you won't even notice the jaggies. On an FPS etc (games which characters and environmental details are much more focused on, AA is far more needed.
I don't see a potential target audience with this game, if it was available as an app on Facebook though, with micro-transactions - that would be a different story.
Firaxis and Stardock are both worth mentioning too.
and CD Projekt of course.
and neither any of the crap you guys are mentioning.
what i see is the possibility of the next source engine being built from the ground up with 3D support as one of the major focus points for the engine
I have never fired a gun in my life, so I really can't speak regarding recoil and all that shizzle gun enthusiasts talk about, however I was in Iraq as a photojournalist...
If they had to create a REAL soldier sim 90% of it would consist of the player cleaning his rifle and taking care of his/her other equipment, oh and lack of toilet paper.
Plus talking to the native people while they don't understand jack shit and keep on staring at you.
@HolyOrange
why would someone take such a comment seriously? I nearly fell off my chair whilst laughing xD
I'm pretty sure there are some PC gamers who'd give an eye to play some PS3 exclusives.
...but your attitude is just like that of an infant whose trying to act cool whilst his brother gets all the candy :P
I had sent an application as a part-time web designer with Rockstar North (back then it was DMA/DMC not sure), I was living in Edinburgh so it was pretty convenient. They had accepted however another opportunity for an internship had arose and I accepted that...
I wonder what would have happened if I actually accepted that job offer.
Strictly speaking activision cannot meddle around with any of Blizzards IPs, moreover Kotick is just a figure head the real enemy is Vivendi
