I don't believe for one bit the people that pirate it would have bought it at the lower original price. It's hard to compete against free.
Don't pirate, it is stealing period regardless of how you justify it.
That's funny, cause I have two Falcon's with heavy use and no problems. I have a friend that suffered RROD on a launch 360 a year ago, and bought a new one after selling the fixed one. He then later got disc read errors.
Another guy I know, bought a 360 and got the RROD as well, but this were all older machines.....

That is one heck of a bundle with basically all the heavy hitters on PS3.
Bobby is not killing the game industry, if anything the select few that consistently pays anything for it will.
Personally, I would never buy a game for $200 (or more) unless it is another Ninja Gaiden game made by Itagaki!

Regardless of user base, price or any other excuses. Halo 3, a 2 year old game is outselling KZ2, "the Halo killer" with supposed best graphics.
Even worse is, CoD4 for both PS3 and Xbox 360 is outselling it. The kicker, Halo Wars an RTS on the console is outselling KZ2. I mean, are there any good news left for KZ2?

In fact most innovations aren't useful until a much later iteration of it. Sometimes, the use isn't even what it was originally intended for and done by a third party.
For one, that is a great tune, but I also think MS if intentional which I think it is, is a great idea. It is a sense of familiarity in the song, not to mention fitting for the advertisement.
Most people that heard the song, might not connect it to the game just like how the iconic "Mad World" Gears of War trailer came. The song existed way before that and was included in the Donnie Darko movie (great movie by the way)!

Digital means MS have to provide infrastructure for you to download the game repeatedly. That is an ongoing cost to maintain servers and bandwidth.
Again this is revenue, not profit. Regardless, Activision will not drop PS3 support.

Revenue is the amount they brought in from sales including profit. For a retailer revenue is how much money customers left at the cash registers.

I just got netflix on my 360 and love it. Wish there was more recent movies, subtitles, more movies that show up on each category (for some reason they are limited) and a search function.
However, the interface is just incredible! Love the scrolling box shots. I saw National Treasure the other day and quality was great. It now makes me wonder with a service like that if I will ever bother about Blu-Ray. Sure BR has great picture quality, but the hassle of renting it at the store ...
The experience of an app is superior to a browser (that crashes half the time).
The Wii browser seems to work well and the Wii mote makes using it a breeze though! Wish it was still free.
