I have my concerns about VR same as some, but Patcher is an idiot who says the obvious or the incorrect.
They are arcade games, one published by EA, the other by MS.

No one bashed the PS4 for having indies. Some people bashed it for not having enough triple A with the indies.

A decent rating system is all it needs. Oh and the store needs one hell of a redesign.

On a side note, 8/10 is about right I'd say. No console smashes it out of the park in the first year, there just aren't enough games to justify a purchase for most people.
5/5 is the equivalent of 9 or 10 out of ten. A five point scale removes some of the wiggle room, so more things hit a perfect score.
The up side of this is that you aren't pretending to have a higher level of accuracy with an opinionated score.

I enjoyed Titanfall's campaign a damn site more than any of the recent Call of Duty's.
No one is forcing you to buy it. Vote with your wallet. I'm quite happy paying the £40 Titanfall cost me, I've already sunk 30+ hours into it, far more entertainment than most single player games can offer.
Depends how enjoyable those 2 hours were and how much you paid for them. I'd pay £50 for a 2 hour game if those two hours blew my fucking mind.

Camping isn't that great in Titanfall anyway, outside of the objective modes in which you're kind of expected to camp.
The kill cam and perk to see through walls really put a damper on camping.
