I have got some great games for my PS3 in the last 3 months or so. I only have a few games I want coming in the next 3 months. This should give me time to catch up with some games I need to finish and also save a bit more money for later in the year.
I saw Socom in a game shop the other day and it was very cheap. Less than £10.00. I think it was £7.99.(secondhand).
Not suprised GOW3 is doing well, its a great game and deserves all the sells it gets.
Every time Sony has an update for the PS3 there is articles about PS3's bricking/breaking. I have said it before and will again, If your PS3 has broke/bricked after an update then its a coincidence, just unlucky. Updates do not break consoles.

The original Deus Ex is my favourite game ever. I have played it many times and loved every minute. It has a brilliant story and great gameplay. The graphics are alright for the time the game was made but not great now. At $2.50 its a bargain, easy worth it. You can get extra game content from the net if you look around, not that you need it as the game is plenty long enough.
I am hoping the new Deus Ex is going to be great.
I too agree that this game is awesome. I have spent hours just messing around not doing any of the story. It's a way better game than what I expected. Hope it's some good DLC, if it is I will definately buy it as long as it doesn't cost too much.
Been waiting for GT5 for what seems like forever. I have played Prologue so much I know everything about the game. I need more tracks and cars. I got a steering wheel nearly 1 year ago ready for when GT5 is released and I'm still waiting. Been playing DIRT 1 and 2, Ferrarri/supercar challenge, NFS Shift/prostreet, Midnight club LA, GRID, F1 champ ed with steering wheel and Motorstorm 1 and 2, Burnout Paradise with DS3.
I need the best game, GT5. The games I have been playing are good ...
Some multi-plat games are great, Batman AA and Burnout for eg. Exclusive games do seem to be better, (mostly, not always) but some developers can make great multi-plat games.
This is sad. You see worse in films and tv. German censorship is too much.
I have BFBC2 for PS3 and the DLC seems like it will be fairly cheap for those who want it. Its not really needed though, wont change the experience of the game, so people don't have to buy it.
I like how the map packs are free cause they are something you do need, to get the most out of the game.
@ Elite Ghost: Only map pack DLC is free. Other DLC they seem to be charging for.
Game and Gamestation are good shops if you are after secondhand/used games. New games are cheaper in big supermarkets, thats where I go if I want a new game. Game/ Gamestation do sell used games fairly cheap and you can sometimes get a great bargain. Its very rare I trade in any games as you don't get very much, you get more for trading for another game than for cash though.
I like going into my local Game/Gamestation cause you can pick up some great used games cheap.
It doesn't say anywhere that the new Silent Hill game will be a FPS. Its all a rumour. I don't think it will be an FPS at all.
I have a PC and PS3, but this game and SC:C are making me want to get an xbox360.(not getting SC:C for PC due to the DRM).
If Alan Wake gets good reviews (which I think it will) I am going to go and get a 360 with AW and SC:C.
These two games have finally made me want an xbox. Not too bothered about any others though, GeOW, Halo etc.

The only 360 games I would want are SC:C and Alan Wake. Not too bothered about the others.
This game looks great to me. I will get a 360 and this game one day. All the games I have been interested in have been for PS3 or PC until now. With Splinter Cell: conviction and Alan Wake coming I now want a 360. Not getting SC:C for PC due to DRM.

GTA4 on PS3 was very dark on normal settings. I had to go into the game options and turn the brightness up. It was alright then, I could see what I was doing in dark shadows. If I hadn't had turned brightness up, when It turned night time I couldn't see anything but black while in alleyways or in shadows.
Don't know what the Episodes are like on PS3 yet. Have got them but not played when its been night time on game, have only played 5mins or so. I suppose they will be dark also.
I thought GTA4 was a good game and got GTA Episodes on blu-ray.
GTA4 and the Episodes look good to me on my HD tv. Looking forward to Red Dead Redemption next, which will have the same type of graphics and I've no complaints about them.
HHG is alright really, he gets some great interviews with some important people in gaming. He also seems very passionate about what he does, which is good, but he can get carried away a bit.
He's doing a good job, doing something he likes, good on him.
BTW I don't like Hip-Hop, I'm more into Heavy metal, but each to their own.
