At least I have plenty time to get some money together for this game.
I first saw some pictures of this game in a magazine for PS3 around 3 years ago, just after getting my console.
Thought it had been canned then a few weeks ago heard it was still in the making.
Good idea for a game, lets hope it turns out well. Will keep looking out for more info on it.
The biggest loser was me. Bought BFBC2, GOW3, Just cause2. Only a few week before got MAG and Heavy Rain. I am loosing lots of money with all these great games which are releasing lately.
I also think I am the biggest winner cause I have loads of great games to play.
To sum up: I have lost but won.
Got this yesterday and amazed how large the map is. Found an helicopter and it took ages to fly all around the Islands, around an hour or so.
Haven't played much of the story so far cause I've been having too much fun doing stupid things with my grapple and parachute. Just looking around from an helicopter is great watching the sun set and rise.
I can see me and many others spending loads of time in this game. It's just got so much to do and see. Very good game, I would recomm...
The BFG had to be number 1. I knew it would be before I even looked at the article. Everyone seems to pick BFG as favourite.
Watched some gameplay on Playr, tv programme. Showed very big sandsnake boss and it looked very good. Showed good customisation of your character also.
Loads better than the first game what I've seen so far.
HHG said that Splinter cell will come to PS3 but not conviction. Someone at Ubisoft told him.
I know it was HHG, not the most reliable person, but thats what he said.
Another game which releases 3 days late (UK). Just like Heavy rain, GOW3, BFBC2, MAG and Just cause. We do get some games the same day as USA but not many.
As long as I can play racing games with my steering wheel then thats alright. Why bother with Natal or Move when you have a wheel. 3D would be cool for racing games though as you could judge corners better.

You do know that Bayonetta and Ninja Gaiden games are on other systems.
It was the biggest load of bull I have ever seen and heard. The "sexpert" and "ex editor" have no idea about consoles and games whatsoever. Sick of people who know nothing blaming games for stupid things.

Didn't think it would be my type of game cause I don't like hack and slash games, but I was so wrong. If I had to describe GOW3 in one word it would be AMAZING.
Like the ideas in this game and hope it turns out well. If it does turn out good then I will definately buy it.
Don't really mind how long the cut scenes are, as long as the game is good. Two and half hours isn't that long. Many games have cut scenes way longer, eg: MGS4, FFXIII etc.
I think Ubisoft did a poor job with the last POP, wasn't to my liking at all. Loved Sands of time and Warrior within, they were loads better IMO.
If the new game goes back to the old style of POP,(which I think most people want) then I would consider buying it.
Don't think GOW pinched anyone from POP.
Looks good on all platforms to me. I will be getting it for PS3, like I do with all my games. I only get games on PC if they aren't available on PS3. Haven't got a 360 but wouldn't mind one for SC:C and Alan Wake. May get one soon for those games.

The lag is probably due to poor broadband, not coding in the game.
I got my PS3 just after launch and had some great times playing some amazing games. Been one of the best things I have ever bought.
So much has happened in 3 years, can't wait to see what happens in the next 3 years.
One of the great things MAG does is no LAG. I have played BFBC2 for only a couple of hours and had really bad LAG. Its even been gamebreaking at times. I have played MAG for 12 hours or so (not many hours compared to some as I've been playing GOW3 and Heavy Rain), and have had no LAG whatsoever.
Must be something with BFBC servers as BFBC1 also had some bad lag on some multi-player games. I know its not my internet connection as all my other multi-player games don't LAG.
