Agreed. It's arguably one of the best endings in a video game thus far.
I don't really see how this is much of a rumor, I don't think any company can survive developing nearly 10 years of 1 triple AAA open world RPG without taking a massive hit. With that said FFXV is going to sell big time. If FFXIII can sell 6 million, I'm willing to bet FFXV can push 6-10 million just due to the anticipation alone.

And as far as being "narrower", FF15 is anything BUT narrow, though it's amusing people complain about linearity in FF's nowadays when FF has always had fairly linear stories and environments. XIII just took a very unsatisfying approach to it.
Yes there is. But in addition to new content, it's not just a simple resolution upscale, the game truly looks beautiful in HD now. The Textures and OST have been all been redone.

While I won't comment whether I personally think Lightning is a good character or not--as a girl character, Lightning physical character design in XIII and XIII-2 and personality type do at least avoid female stereotypes and over-sexualization. Square Enix though, generally speaking in their Pre-Toriyama days, has always been pretty good about making great female characters.

Personally I think Kefka is sort of Overrated, people say that they like him for the same way I feel that way--and that is, he's evil for no damn reason really and that detracts from what makes a good villain. I think a good villain should've an incredibly well thought out reason as to why they're evil. Traumatic events that turn someone noble to evil....
Shouldn't the PC Version be larger anyway? It has to have multiple copies of the same textures with different resolutions from low to extremely high. Textures and Audio are the bulk of a Game's size.

Well the certain advantage of releasing the game for PC is that fans can mod the game to how they see fit. I can think of numerous mods fans could do in order to improve games like FFXIII in example.
Anime was always so great, I just wish Digimon had a truly exceptional game out there.

Before you all start crying--I would like for you to know that Anyone who's played Type-0 will firmly tell you that FFXIII's interpretation of the XIII mythos, Fabula Nova Crystallis, is actually very weak, where as in Type-0 it's actually told very good. We've so far only seen Toriyama's bizarre BS interpretation of it here in the West.
All-in-all, don't expect to see Lightning or anything, just expect to hear words like "etro" and "l&#...

The vast Irony is that the original FF14 almost ruined them. however, A Realm Reborn is awesome.
Neither tbh. Ps3 is still the best place to view all your media. The One and the Ps4 both have a while to go in my opinion before they can get up to where PS3 currently is for media.
"Dirge of Cerberus was good!! " idk about that. lol. The story was very interesting and the RPG elements worked very well by a lot of the times the gameplay felt broken, awkward mechanics.
In fairness though X didn't really end with a sequel in mind. Other FF's had ended a lot more mysteriously or open ended. 7 and 8 definitely come to mind.
