I couldn't agree more with this. If FF Agito XIII can become Type-0, I see nothing wrong with Versus becoming 15. Hell, I wish Versus XIII or even an HD Type-0 was FF XIII. And I wish The actual FFXIII was the spin off game.
What? LOL. FF14 is the best looking (And one of the best sounding) MMORPG's of all time. It's gameplay is the problem, not its graphics.

All I can say is... We have a Final Fantasy "savior" coming! This game blew my mind.
I was surprised with the wealth of content just in the demo. It was one of the longest demos I've played in recent memories, and it was packed full of epic gameplay, story, music. Prelude and Fanfare never have sounded sweeter!

Well.. I love Final Fantasy VII. And yes, it's appreciation is damaged by the Weaboos who simply say "OMFG FFVII IS THE BEST EVER" and have only watched AC and think Cloud looks cool.
but don't ever let other people's enjoyment ruin your enjoyment for it or something else. Also, just because something is hyped or universally acclaimed doesn't really justify why the game in the series you thought was better is better.
I was one of the players of the Beta. Game was far less than stellar, and was plagued with problems. But I can't help but be impressed by Square's commitment to fix this game even after it was a failure critically and commercially.
Maybe I'll check it out when the PS3 release rolls around.

All 14 games are quite different from each other, so it's hard to just "Hate" Final Fantasy in general. The people who hated XIII were just core fans disappointed in the direction of the series.
I'm hoping that Versus XIII, XIII-2 or Type-0 can live up to at least half the quality of the PSX FF's or the Final Fantasy X.
Cheating to me is more wrong emotionally than physically. Sex can be a purely physical and detached action (although it's still wrong to cheat physically), but having feelings in your heart for another person stronger than the person you're with is a much worse type of betrayal.
I wonder how much we're going to pay for this Demo...If the demo even comes to the US, like Prologus.
