I always thought that it has been pretty much evenly split between the two as far as fan reception and critical reception. There is not much between them, however I agree SSX3 is the best SSX I have played thus far (not played the new SSX)

If you look, it is evenly split (a point between them) and SSX3 has more reviews. If SSX Tricky had more reviews then it could potentially be higher or lower in score than SSX3 so the Meta system is flawed.

I would judge it...

Shame :-(
I actually have supported GAME for many years and have been a very loyal customer. I have actually just finished working for them over the Christmas period. I just don't have any desire to pick up anything from there since I can purchase elsewhere online.

I used to like the social atmosphere of going in to get games from a retail store, but it doesn't feel the same these days.

I recently went in to a local Gamestation (which is unde...

I have always been a person who gets things at launch. PSP, GBA and the DS. I regretted all of them. The PSP just didn't interest me, the GBA was cool, but the re-vamped version totally blew my original out of the water and my DS phat is awful in comparison to my Lite (which I am VERY happy with.

I also upgraded to the PSP 3000 and enjoyed it. Not only was it a better machine, but the library was much improved with games like God of War.

I simly refuse to...

Ah, so I didn't miss out on much? I was under the impression it was a pretty good remake. I personally thought the look was somwhat visually appealing.

What a fantastic list. The Megaman X remake would personally be included in my list and it is possible that Street Fighter 2 HD could make it too, but I chose not to support that game as it was released so close to Street Fighter 4 here in Europe which is a shame.

Giving people what they want is never a bad thing. Don't like then don't buy.

Yes, I did word that wrong there, didn't I? But I'm sure people get my point. A lot of people connect online. People who play a majority online may have the same gripes when it comes to trophys. "Why should I have to play crappy single player and grind for trophys?". Just an example. It swings both ways. Developers have to cater to both audiences. I generally play the game and get trophys as they come along too, but there will be the odd time where a trophy challenge looks f...

As long as it keeps me entertained as the pick up and play shooter it is I will keep on buying. A new CoD is always welcome for me :-)
I don't care about the way the gaming community looks at CoD players because it entertains me and thats what matters.

I will ignore it just like I did with zombies, but it's a nice addition for all the people who like the whole "horde" mode gametypes. It's all about the competitive multiplayer for me. Hope it's as good as CoD4, but I doubt it. Still gonna be amazing, though. :D

They should keep online trophies. If you can't get them then don't try. Online is a large part of everyones experience as is single player. If you can't be bothered getting online trophies then just don't attempt it, just like I don't go for the single player trophies that I can't be bothered achieving.

Rushing the 360 was a bad decision ethically. But from a business standpoint they took a lot of ground from Sony, so really it was a good decision for MS. The PS3 launch was a bad decision and costed Sony a lot. Good thing they have redeemed themselves.

Lol, betrayals. It's business, deal with it.

Well I went to GAME and picked up RDR and there was around 6 copies left in the store. Looks like it is selling nicely on the PS3.

I love MW2 and it is currently my fave online game to play. I do think it can be bettered by Treyarch though. I think the actual setting for this game will compliment how the game plays VERY nicely. I'm glad it's not WW2 again :D

A lot of my friends are now getting PS3's. The thing is, my friends are not gamers, but they like to play on occasion. Now that the PS3 is an affordable price for them (because they didnt want to spend money on something they rarely use) they are actually picking up PS3's. They are actually hooked on MW2, but they chose the PS3 over the 360 due to brand name alone.

I expect a lot more people in the UK will follow this year, I really do.

But damn, I guess you guys can clearly see that there are bigger idiots in the UK than me :D
Seriously, I cant believe this vid.

I find it funny how she goes on about how games make people more agressive etc... She is MUCH more agressive in this vid than the gamer. The gamer is just chill mode, polite and professional. That pycho b*tch just rants

LBP2 with move would be epic... We all saw the tech demo and how "move" works perfectly with LBP's gameplay. I want to build a "little big slingshot" if this game comes out :)

Playstation Move

It will move some serious units in my opinion. Cant wait for Socom4 with with point and shoot controls. After playing Resi4 and Metroid3 on the Wii, I think the controls will transition nicely to Socom.
