Good luck trying to play it with other people. It's not like in Far Cry 2 where you could make a lobby and random people could join and download your map. You have to submit your map to a playlist (where thousands of other custom maps are) and hope that yours gets played, which is a 1/10,000 chance by now.

There is no controversy between H4 and BLOPS2. If I'm correct, people that play Halo on xbox also play Cod. On PS3 COD players couldn't care much for Halo anyway.
Only half the game is playable. Custom maps are useless and the multiplayer sucks so bad.
I'd give it a 7.

So with a track record of about 1 title per year it'll be enough to keep up with other companies that push out 2+ 1st party games? I'm not saying Valve's games aren't good, but they don't do much to convince me to get a Steam Box and just stick with Steam on PC.

I think in order for Valve to become successful in the console market they need to produce more games. Their minimalistic approach worked on Steam because it was the only hub for games at the time on PC and developers were more than willing to have their games hosted there, but in order for Valve to compete with MS and Sony, we need to see more games being developed by Valve and not the 1 game every 2 years deal they do.
Then why was the map editor and multiplayer the strongest in FC2? I don't see anyone praising FC2's singleplayer. Also FC3 includes the map editor, Co Op and Multiplayer, so to skimp on 50% of a game is not acceptable.
I forgot about that. I'm going to buy MOH and then trade it just so I can get in the beta.
MP1st is a website dedicated to multiplayer in video games. They don't review singleplayer, just the multiplayer aspect.
