The guy that made it known this was happening said that the players on both sides were allies, but got bored. hostile remarks ensued over the course of a few days, then a player from one side accidentally transported to the other faction's sector and forgot to bring his fleet. He got destroyed. Then the team that he was on went to rescue him, but the team that blew up the ship was already prepared and annihilated the rescue fleet (Which happened to be the whole other faction's fleet. ...
I compare my thoughts to the review. Then play the game again and see if those reviews hold up. That's how I analyze good reviews from bad ones.
@Lock0n
I'm not a fanbot, I'm just a gamer that USED to like this site before I realized that all everyone does is HATE on each other and how much better X console is compared to Y console. I'm sick of it and I'm sick of the BULLSHIT that goes on at this website. I LOVED talking about VIDEOGAMES, but everyone here seems to only want to berate each other. And I'm tired of it.
VGCharts: Only accurate on N4G if PS3 is in the lead.
Both these games suck multiplayer-wise anyway.
I don't plan on buying DMC, but it looks really fun from what I saw.
I'd say pretty powerful
I think this year, everyone ass is on the line. Sony has already made clear on their line-up for this year, but they need to prove their games will have the chops to get consumers to buy them. MS needs to give their customers the confidence to keep paying for XBL besides COD and Minecraft. And Nintendo needs to prove that their Wii U is worth buying.
I don't think either company has room to drop the ball this year.
It would've been cool if they had two people in the middle side by side fending off the aliens that crop in or the edges of the box. But nope.
FC3 was supposed to have multiplayer. It just turned out to be crap compared to the other far crys
Then play Dead Space 1
Nothing to be ashamed about, it's free.
RDR: Undead Nightmare
BFBC2: Vietnam
Ballad of Gay Tony
Fallout 3: almost every DLC.
And I thought no one would be playing online multiplayer...
I was wondering where the DS3 haters went.
There are a lot of possibilities DICE could have explored on a gameplay stand point, like a sandbox type of singleplayer, but I doubt that will happen. Instead, DICE needs to purely focus on multiplayer and scrap singleplayer if needed. The only thing that impressed me about the campaign were the indoor environments like in the level Comrade.
I didn't like Halo 4's multiplayer imo. I hope they will still keep Reach in rotation though.
If there are two processes to similar goal, there will always be people that prefer one over the other.
I touched the multiplayer, didn't like it. I haven't tried the singleplayer, but for a franchise that made it's mark in the multiplayer, I'd expect it to at LEAST be better than Reach, but imo it wasn't.
Great interview, do more with other developers if they are available!
