The PS3 has some kick ass exclusives hitting next year.
I love PC gaming, but give props to Sony and their 1st/2nd party studios. Some great games are coming.
If you are those that only play one system, i feel sorry for you.

$100+ GPU running a 3 year old dual core CPU will play Fallout at 1080p above 30FPS solid using real AA.
This is something the consoles cannot do.
Also, the PC versison of Fallout is VASTLY superior to the Xbox360 and PS3 versions.
Better draw distance. Better Textures. Better AA. Better lighting. Better Frame rates. And to add icing on the cake. The game is $10-$20 less than the console version.
Why upgrade your PC when a 4 year old PC will run the game be...
Helghast here it is in simple terms.
There are more multi-platform games released in a fiscal year than exclusive games for any one system.
The sheer fact is this:
There are more 3rd party developers than 1st/2nd party developers. Hence more game are released from them then 1st/2nd party developers.
In one given year you MIGHT see 5-9 triple A exclusive games from Sony or MS or Nintendo. How many exclusive games came out in 2010 for Sony and M...
Crysis is a 2+ year old game and the PS3 and Xbox360 still has no game that can touch it graphic or physic wise.
Funny. A game getting 91% overall has to have more than just visuals. If you played Crysis you would know this.
The problem with Crysis is this:
Console only players normally HATE Crysis or Farcry because it is not like console FPS games where they hold your hand in a linear format.
Crysis is open world with that level of graphics and destruction.

FarCry and NOT Farcry 2 was the better game.
You OBVIOUSLY played the console version of FarCry 2 which was Linear like most console FPS games. That game was NOT made by Crytek.
FarCry was not linear and open world.
The predictions Pachter correctly announces are so obvious a four year old could predict:

By far Metro on the PC was the best looking game. Maxed out the game looked unbelievable.
Mouse Keyboard and an average $800 PC simply is too much for the Xbox360 and PS3 if you cross platform play.
And Real Killer. I have already seen that footage and it is amazing. Looks fantastic. Blows my mind to high heavens? Sorry. I PC game so I have seen better visuals and effects than this before.
KZ3 without a doubt will be one of the best looking console games out, but if you PC game, you seen this before.
You might want to get a PC Real Killer. And please don;t give us that crap that you have a 480GTX because YOU PM me months back how the RSX was more powerful than the 480GT...

I actually criticize the Xbox360 and PS3 games for being low resolution and low frame rates and low resolution textures, running HDR hacks and other forms of Anti-Aliasing.

Saying that, this is a silly article.
The difference between these two games graphics wise is not as big as some people want to think or chant on these sites.
GT5 does indeed look better, however its not miles and above Forza 3.
If people want to think it is, go with God with that.
Just get it for your PC. It will run and look better anyways and wont require a horse of a PC to run it.
Gears was never made for more than 5 on 5. When you play Gears right off you know more players on screen would totally ruin the gaming experience.
Anymore than this it becomes a frag fest.
Or it becomes Unreal Tournament.
It's not exactly hard to beat COD these days in quality....

It's not that at all. I think people are saying YOU don;t need to UPDATE your PC often as a lot of people on this site think you do.
Those days are done. A 4 year old PC can run most if not all games better than what these consoles can do. Thats the point
