For chrissakes he even SAYS it's just one man's opinion at the end of the article.
How story titles like this are allowed to stay on this site misleading the ignorant I'll never know.
Here's the actual quote from the writer at the end of the BLOG "Remember, this is just my opinion on the E3 2009 press conferences. I want to know if you agree or disagree with my assessments. Think I'm right? Think I'm wrong? What letter grades would you dole out to the big three...
Three of those four are multiplats. Only Forza is 306 exclusive.
...almost all, of which, were multiplats and Halo.
Gee, I'm impressed.
So I don't see how this could possibly be going to the 360. The first online FF, FF11, was also published and maintained by SoE.
...to alienate almost their entire fanbase by making an MGS game exclusive to the 360. That would have been akin to making FF13 exclusive to the 360 which we know didn't happen.
There's no way it's going to be exclusive. If it is they instantly piss off 80% of Japan and 70% of their fanbase. No amount of money from Microsoft is worth that.
Did you people ever stop to think that is maybe because Sony had 5 times the amount of exclusives at one point and simply had more to be taken?
What huge 3rd part EXCLUSIVES does Microsoft still have? Not many I can think of, just like Sony.
I mean really, think about it. What keeps people playing a game?
Well for one thing length, and GT definitely has that.
Graphics...people always love the graphics, and ever GT game has been premier in its genre from its platform.
People love carrots on sticks. GT has done that as well. You always say "Just a few more races so I can afford that turbo or that new car".
Variety. The GT series has always had a ton of variety from...
Most UK sites have given it relatively low marks.
First Eurogamer, then Teletext, then Edge and now PSM3. Only thing they have in common is they are all in the UK.
Almost all North American reviews are 8 and above.
Quite frankly the UK has a different taste in games sometimes than the North American crowd. I'm not sure why but it's true if you look at reviews from the UK on average and North American (or even Japanese) reviews. It almost seems to me l...
...and have just bookmarked your site. I mean, you actually give in depth information about the game. THAT'S what I like to read, not a bunch of inflated tripe from someone who likes to see himself type.
Bravo on your reviewing style and I'm glad there are some reviewers out there who are still real gamers.
Me, I'd rather play an FPS ANY day on the PC than console because of mouse and keyboard. If Killzone 2 came out on PC and PS3 I'd have gotten it for PC. I bought Bioshock, Mass Effect (waited and it's sorta an FPS) Far Cry 2, F.E.A.R 2, pretty much all multiplat fps for my PC.
Not only is it mouse and keyboard but I have an i7 monster machine with 6 gig of ram and a GTX 285, one of the fastest (if not still the second fastest) gpus on earth.
Why would I want to pla...
It's an operating system.
...when half those games are coming out for the PC as well?
Quite frankly if you're looking at gaming websites you probably are a gamer and probably have a computer than can at least run PC games at midrange levels.
It's really sad when you have so few TRUE exclusives that you need to start poaching multiplats and calling them exclusives.
...and you have a decent computer, there is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't take advantage of this offer.
10 bucks for one of the best games of all time that STILL looks incredible? Wow.
...they got it COMPLETELY right by putting Silent Hill series as number 1.
To this day no game has ever made me uneasy enough to actually be forced to stop playing for awhile than Silent Hill 2. What a creepy, genuinely scary game.
I still remember the part I had to actually turn it off. I loved to play with the lights off late at night and had put in about an hour or so and was in the part where you were in the (hotel I think) with the close walls and the noises...
nuff' said?
Twice in the article they said "FF13 is no Uncharted or Killzone 2 engine". The engine is not as good as those two games because it needed to be on the 360 and the 360 could not handle those games.
Read the WHOLE article. While some things will look slightly better on the 360 due to it's MSAA, the game itself could have looked MUCH better had they kept it only on the PS3 because they could have done more with the lighting and other post processing effects.

...that's the whole point. The guy is writing up a review when he never played it. Thus, the review is crap and misleading.
...is that they didn't give it a long enough chance. Quite frankly the starting dungeon part and the pitch black forest battle were boring and badly done. I think that turned a lot of people off and they stopped playing.
HOWEVER, once you get out of that stupid dark forest the game gets MUCH MUCH better and really comes into its own.
I'd highly suggest everyone wait until at least you're through the first couple hours of the game before deciding if it's for you or ...
Read the WHOLE damn thing EVERYONE, not just parts that agree with your stance.
They wanted to release the ORIGINAL PC VERSION of Darwinia with the PC/MAC menus. A game that got reviewed on metacritic as an 84. That's a good review in case you people didn't realize it.
So apparently a game that garnered an 84 from Metacritic isn't good enough for their system while games like Too Human are allowed to be released a mess.
Shove that up your pipe and smok...
Are you going to buy it when it comes out?
I'd be willing to bet a year's salary MOST of the gamers here (who happen to be hardcore or else they wouldn't post on a pure gaming website) don't care about Natal in reality and won't buy it. What they have done in the past, instead, is laugh at motion controls (especially the Wii which they put down incessantly).
Suddenly Microsoft comes out with something that is motion control and more for the masses and it's "Oh ...
