Deserves lower. The AI is terrible. Nobody attacks you except for the bosses. All you have to do is press box and that's it. Easy, repetitive and boring game.
This is one of the best and scariest horror games I've played. The combat system makes you feel very defenseless. I'm planning on playing this on Halloween, but at the same time, I don't want to since this game gave me nightmares.
Hope the remake gets localize.
300k isn't good at all. It isn't a good install base, so developers aren't going to develop for Move until it expands.
They shipped 1.5 million in Europe.
God of War 3 wasn't epic. The story was terrible and had some laughable writing. Combat is shallow, and some of the puzzles/levels were annoying. Crate level = boring!
Well why else didn't Sony release the numbers? They're obviously disappointed with their sales.
The story for God of War 3 was terrible. It was just revenge and killing anyone who got in the way. The last moments are lol-worthy.
Hahahaha, straight from the horse's mouth. He admits Bayonetta is better than his creation.
Yeah, why are Sony hiding their numbers? I thought they were pleased with their numbers? My guess is that Move didn't move a lot of hardware.
Kinda interesting that Sony didn't reveal any hardware data. If they are indeed happy with the sales, why not show them?
*Sigh* NPD sucks now.
No surprise Reach is #1. 3.3 million in one month for one region is pretty amazing.
No numbers for the other games?
That is pretty impressive. Almost half a million.
I love Ys. I didn't know Xseed were in charge of them now. As for Half-Minute, many of my friends told me to check it out, but I never did. Too many games on my backlog.
Nippon Ichi - Nope. Their fanbase hasn't expanded; it's still the same as it was 5 years ago. Also, their games are too niche and feel too similar. That's why I didn't buy Disgaea 3. It was the same as D1 & D2.
Namco Bandai - Nope. They don't release their games outside of Japan.
Xseed - Who are they?
EA - Their RPGs don't appeal to the Japanese audience. Square-Enix actually has a western fanbase, well a KH/FF/DQ ...
Yuna!
I prefer to see Ashe in this game than Vaan. Vaan is the worst FF protagonist ever.
Hope Celes is in the game.
I played all the games including Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, and I thought the story for MGS4 and MGS2 were awful. All the answers/revelations in this game were awful.
**SPOILER**
Nanomachines = answer to nearly everything
**END SPOILER**
And this "game" has a terrible gameplay to cutscene ratio. There's 9 hours of cutscenes compared to 4 hours of gameplay.
"Enemy AI is laughably bad; they'll surround you in great numbers, but pose little threat as they sit back and await your onslaught. Only the boss encounters pose any real challenge,"
That's my impression from the demo. No one attacks. Your allies and enemies rarely attack. It's lifeless! Gameplay is boring and very easy. Just press box and move on, and the fact that the enemies group together makes the game much easier.
I always had a thing for Balthier from FFXII.
