XB1 Comes with a headset.
And sony's "Headset" is a bud earphone. Which looks pretty cheap and basic.
PS3 & PS4 use on board batteries.
If those batteries die you have to buy new ones and take your controller apart which could damage it and voids it's warranty. Or buy a new controller.
At least with the 360/XB1 controller that wont happen as both power choices Batteries/Recharge pack will both be interchangeable, it isn't hard to see the benefit of this over internal batteries.
At least Microsoft changed to compete, I never saw Sony doing that lest gen for PS3 with the headset.

You clearly don't understand how the system works.
You CANNOT abuse it.
Some random people you never meet report players on Xbox Live, their name then randomly appears on the Enforce Unite website and then players decide whether or not it's abusive or rude, you don't chose which names you see, you can't just add someone and abuse them.

Microsoft allowing users to clear the service of unruly, racist and often disgusting gamertags.
I use the Enforcement united service, and I think it's awesome they're allowing us to define what is rude on the network.
This system currently only stands as a Gamertag reporting system.
People report a gametag, it then gets put onto the "Enforcement United" site and people "Vote" yes or no as to whether it is offensive, you can't add names on your own accord so members can't simply add a name and get everyone else to report it.

Gritty visual styles are awesome, Last of Us was pretty gritty and washed out, almost similar to what we've seen of Dead Rising 3, apart from Last of Us has the vibrant greens in overgrown areas.
I think your post is just silly in all honesty.
Because say you use a USB powered Headset, that's a few cables coming out your ps4, then charging two controller onto that, thats more cables all over the place, when you could possibly just have it charging two controller from the mains.

In my experience, of owning both consoles.
Both experiences of online differ, there isn't one that's "better" per-say, they do different things better.
PSN allowed me to get into games and not worry about who I would have to argue with as the general population either had no mic or were more mature.
XBL allowed me to have conversations in private chat with friends, set up matches with friends much quicker and gave a more use...

I for one, have used this system as I managed to get in the beta, all it is a "Yes" or "No" choice. There is no way to abuse it really, the majority says there are more nice people who will vote accordingly than there are abusers.

It would be nice for Playstation to include something like this, from my brief affair with the PS3 I couldn't remember seeing a reporting feature, or I never needed to use it because no one really spoke much. But hey, I'm looking forward to owning both consoles and experiencing both systems pros & cons.
At least they're willing to change, PS3 never once released a console with a headset.
Except that one coming with e GTA5 headset, probably to cash in on the ending generation.
