@ShoryukenII
I agree completely. Making the game easier defeats the purpose entirely. The tension of slowly making your way through the game, scared as hell that you could be ambushed at any time and lose all your progress at any moment is what adds to the sense of accomplishment. The difficulty itself is a game mechanic; take it away and you change the game.
While I agree that the presentation seems very much like COD, we don't yet know how the weapons handle or if there's an insulting amount of auto aim. If it handles well and doesn't aim for me, then I'll give it a chance. The map editor helps too.
Why the hell are you talking about Uncharted? Your lack of subtlety suggests a dim mind.
@Adamant - Proper English, use it.
1) Google Translate makes more sense than this site.
2) Previewing a game based off a trailer everyone saw months ago? Welcome to 2011.
3) Who approves this shit?
Wonder if they're actually planning on doing more than one game with this engine on the PS3, or if the tech is built to scale to the next gen and he's simply not allowed to mention PS4 (for obvious reasons). Really looking forward to E3 this year.
Myself, I'd give Journey a ten, but others might be turned off by the price or simplistic nature of the game, so I can understand when someone gives it a slightly lower score. Personally, I think the length is enough, because what I experienced in that two hours was a sense of joy, accompanied by almost constant smiling. Well worth fifteen dollars.
That's probably not a good sign. I was looking forward to this too, even though there hasn't been a proper RB6 game in years. Hope they can surprise me with a great game this fall.
That guy is the shit! Suda, I mean. The homeless dude probably just smells like excrement.
badjournalism
You're wrong , just admit it. I'm downloading the game right now. As melkier has said, stop arguing over semantics and go get the damn game.

Keep lying to yourself by stating that Halo is "practically" open world. inFamous 2 is open world and still looks better than Halo. Stop worrying about graphics, or get a PC.
As already mentioned, inFamous 2 looks better than any other open-world game on consoles.
Could be the most convoluted run-on sentence I've ever seen.
It's been five years and Crysis fanboys still exist. Which is weird because the game sucked and pathetic for reasons that should be obvious. Oh, and I'm a PS3 owner, but your comment was dumb enough that I decided to comment on a Halo story.
Again, your logic fails. Until you get official confirmation, those shots are not official (interesting, that). You can infer all you want, it doesn't change that very salient fact.
Also, there's no need to condescend to me simply because I'm willing to point out that this poorly written article makes a leap of logic that puts it on the other end of the spectrum from anything resembling journalism. Are these shots from DOOM 4? Probably. You've brought up the lack of of...
The author of this article has problems using logic. The fact that the screens have been denied as being representative of DOOM 4 means that they are either not representative of the final product or of the product at all. It does not mean that the leaked shots are official by any stretch of the imagination. Tabloid journalism at its finest.
Might be free of spoilers, but I'm still not going anywhere near any of these reviews. Been avoiding videos and pics ever since it was announced. I'll see all I need to when I finally get it in my hands next month. Good to see it's getting such great scores though!
Thanks for restating information that has already been revealed. I'm gonna start my own site and post articles containing information found on N4G the previous week. Great preview, in other words.
I loved MGS, was disappointed in MGS2, and loved MGS3 even more than the first game of the Solid series. Then came MGS4. It was a dinosaur in terms of game design and the Octocamo completely took the skill of stealth out of the game. I'm not even gonna go into the plot. Why am I bringing all this up? I'd like Kojima to take another shot at it. Make MGS5 and leave me with the same feeling I had after the first and third games in the series.
Yeah, Capcom isn't greedy at all.
