From time to time they do throw out bangers like FF7 Remake and Dragon Quest XI which reignite my hope lol. Let’s hope FFXVI turns out to be something special because my hopes are at an all time high again.

Agreed. I bought a 360 for the Last Remenant, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, Star Ocean, Eternal Sonata, and Blue Dragon.
It’s embarrassing in that none of the prior Square games sold on the system. Simple matter of economics: XBOX owners didn’t buy Final Fantasy XV, FF Type 0, Kingdom Hearts, Crises Core Final Fantasy 7 Reunion etc.
Why would Square waste resources releasing games for the system if they not selling?
