They have already lost mindshare and are irrelevant. No store presence, and these numbers show why retailers will not give them shelf space going forward. They literally do not exist in the EU, middle east, Africa and by the looks of it the American public is shunning the brand too. Not even a new competent management team can turn this ship around.

I certainly am counting from the moment Kinect launced. That represented their shift away from what made the 360 great and they have never reached that sweet spot since. I loved the 360 despite the hardware failures, the RPG selection and action games were top shelf.
