lets tryto ignore most of the ps2 to ps3 hd collections since this article is more inline with ps3 to ps4 versions. also like to add that ps2 to ps3 hd collections were made so that you can play them on your hdtv. looked terrible using ps2. also like to add that is just a hd upres and not much has been done to it.

changing directors does seem like a bad thing, but you never really knew what was going on in production. maybe tabata made this game more final fantasy (whatever that means) then what it was going to be.

dialogue trees are ok, but i never really knee of they had any real impact or not.
there was a western final fantasy in the making but that got scrapped a few years back. i doubt you will ever get what you want unless eidos team has a go at a final fantasy.

pretty much dead in the west. dont expect many games to be made by western developers unless its a lego or another skin update for fifa.
luckily there is quite a number of games available on the device and a bunch more that was announced at sony pretgs. the vita community would still be around for years.
the last hope for the western territories is the psTV, maybe that can somehow revive the vita.

i liked the idea in ffxii where certain mobs only appear at certain weather conditions. however it could be a pain in the ass at times, had to wait a few hours just so that one area appears to be foggy if i remember correctly.
anyways, i cant wait for this game. fopefully international release would be before april 2016.

i think they really struggled with the cell processor last gen, hence the late jump to the ps3 format.

it does seem like the only bad feedback we've heard so far. but jaggies are bound to happen on a psp port, especially if you are playing at a booth where you standing inches away from screen.
