i love ff8 and all, but whats up with all the ff8 stuff on n4g recently? new version just released or something?
what region is south africa counted as anyway?
thought they only had:
eu, basically PAL regions including australia
j/a, ntsc asian regions
us, ntsc american continents.
this the first time a console been offically released in the african continent?
im not entirely sure sega did anything wrong tbh.
i think ps2 was just that much better, had western support, dvd player, came out maybe a yr or so after dc but was clearly the stronger console.
dc was amazing, it was a shame that it didnt survive otherwise i would have completed the shenmue saga by now.

i think the only places you needed to draw magic were dollet part at seeD test, diablo and other rare magic that comes along.
you could also fk up the balance of the whole game at the beginning when you are at dollet. all you had to do was kill squall and zell, use seifer to gain ap and draw magic. convert lvl1 magic to lvl 2 (thunder to thundara etc.) rinse and repeat until you have a good amount of skils built up on the 3 gf's. carry on game, seifer will leave so get t...
i know its the authors thoughts and he has the right to his own opinions. i just dont agree with all of them thats all.
5. not enough locations, that is kinda true. but i feel that it was more to do with finding hidden locations easier on world map.
4. leveling wasnt really done to well since mobs are either your average level or the same as highest team lvl, cant remember. but i think the game was suppose to focus on junctioning instead of lvling.

was definitely a cheesy song. but it fit really well and the actual song was played at the right time. i didnt think it seemed out of place at all, the song also kind of tells players that squall is lagunas son if people didnt norice by then.

the biggest problem capcom has is an identity crisis with re. its been through so many games with so many characters, stories and gameplay style that its hard to define what is good.
re4 changed re and made it more relevant than the old style. but it also brought many terrible things along with it.

also like to say that apartments in japan/tokyo tend to be small, so staying indoors is less likely. its rare to call people out to your home to chill, you would most likely meet out somewhere instead.
however, i think internet is pretty quick in peoples homes and i also think that they still game on consoles. just next gen hasnt beeen to attractive for them yet. maybe wait until ffxv.
give them a console with games they like then you will see a difference.

im guessing graphics are very similar. in a sports games it doesnt matter too much.
what matters more is input lag, net code and loading times.
that would depend on the the pc itself. gtaiv ran smoothly day one on pc so i shouldnt see why it would struggle.

nfs and dr framerate was locked to gameplay. capcom did warn people about playing above 30 but i think it was mainly due to its engine.

ithink in the uk. the victim will need to press charges otherwise the law cannot do anything.
i meant with the dc. they didnt really make many mistakes.
dvd was super expensive so they didnt include that, the controller may have been a mistake though, thhey should have followed playstation with dual analog, but at that time dual analog didnt really have a purpose.
