maybe because you are not a violent person therefore not prone to influences. many others are violent and many things can trigger such behaviour as you said. when i was in school people started fight because someone said "your mum". then there are others which are far less prone to these, but certain video games will trigger some aggression from people especially competitve games.

new numbers show from 24//11/2014-04/01/2015 they sold 4.1m. so thats 16.1m sold.
i cant be 100% sure, but as far as i am concerned. sony has been using sold to consumers numbers and hasnt used shipped to retailers number this gen so far.
