biggest game doesnt mean the most sales.
if its talking about sales or other things like that then it can not compete with how big doa is.
my guess is that a big chunk(not majority) of wii owners dont care about gaming or probably just mess around on the iPad now.
many people i know that dont game at all had a wii. it was cheap enough to buy and just have around for group gatherings/parties. that demographic also enjoys games like rock band, mario party, kinect dance games, raving rabbids etc...
however i still think the console gaming industry is still growing and will continue to grow for a wh...
before anyone starts going wild. implementing something like this in eu is totally different to just releasing in a country like US.
we have different subscription/streaming services. launguage barrier. licenses etc..
the dev answered your last statement. mgo3 will be different, similar to how different mgo 1&2 was. mgo2 was totally different to 1. so what do you want?
@ps4gamer
can we not judge the game after we play it?
not holding up players does seem pretty sad though. can't remember mgo2 much but im guessing that was the fun factor sneaking behind someone to hold them up?
i think they were the worst questions ever asked. also sounded like a raging fanboy more than anything else.
"Q: however we'll wait for more news before deciding mgo3 a downgrade. Fans just scarred we lost what we loved!
A: try to think of MGO3 as getting a new game you might really like vs preserving an old game you once loved"
interviewer being very rude to the dev. not saying you can'tbe rude but how pissed off would the dev be if...
i loved the dungeons, however closing off dungeons for dlc is a bit of a slap in the face.
i also felt that dungeons were just thrown in to please older fans because of the puzzle element, i would love for dungeons/puzzle to be more integrated into actual gameplay.
despite square claiming that they only broke even with tr excluding definitive version i doubt they would sell off a team that is pretty succesful. i see even less reason why they would sell off an IP that is one of the most iconic figure in gaming history.
if they sell tr then they are left with deus ex and hitman from eidos. it would probably be better off for se to sell the whole eidos part instead. which they wouldnt.
tr is most likely getting other releases next year, sf is going to be released on pc along side ps4 with very slim chance of a xbone version.
its also quite hard to compare. genres are very different and it depends on gaming habits. i loved the tr reboot so there is no doubt i would be looking forward to this aswell, thouh i will wait for ps4 (if it gets released) because i dont own an xbone yet. sfV will be a day1 buy for me so i can take advantage of everyone being a noob. ...
wish they would consider a console version. add a story mode and it probably sell a bunch.
3v3 sounds interesting, 1v1 just didnt feel final fantasy at all.
if we look at the average costs of succesful consoles, the ps4 and xbone were released at good starting prices which were affordable and no one made a fuss like ps3 price.
we then look at the performances and both consoles have been struggling with 1080p/60fps. just by looking at that i am glad we are not aiming for 4k. it would have cost atleast 2-3x the amount.
its about gaming... boohoo...
im sure other episodes about other things people must have hated. i remember supernatural did an episode on LARPers, did people complain about that?
i guess they can make another episode about gaming and then nothing happens because everyone else was gaming.
i prefer a more traditional toriyama style for dragon quest. it just doesnt feel right if it isnt.
would also love to see another level5 dq game on a ps4.
one of the greatest fighters around. i remember the sprites were amazing when it was first released. cant believe the game is so old, makes me feel even more older.
lets not forget the malaysian food you can eat.
not 100% sure, but doa has so many dlc costumes that it would probably cost more than what evolve has to offer.
24 chapters? so 6-7 minutes per chapter. old psone games loading times took longer than that, lol.
i love how people. an just make stuff up.
there maybe some truth in these rumors. it could possibly be a short game which in todays standards would be an utter disaster. gamers have become cheap and want gameplay to be at,east 10hrs+ or have an mp component where they can play for longer. heavenly sword was heavily criticised for being very short.
i personally dont mind how long a games length is, as long as the game gave me a satisfactory feel. ground zeroes felt incomplete to me due to no boss battle.
i personaly don't get the uncanny valley feel from character models that are not based on real people. i just naturally have that distinction between cg and real people like most others.
character models based on real people tend to trigger the uncanny valley a lot more, think about la noire, sports sims or la noire. we automatically think of their real counterpart and when we see their animations they just look robotic and miss that human element we dont think about for ...
judging from the games being sold it seems like its the people who got xbones for xmas buying games. it would have been more interesting if we actually get to see the numbers. whats more interesting is that the xbone is quite close in terms of hardware sales in US so npd numbers will vary instead of aeeing ps4 sold more console and sold more software for every game.
@spotie
i dont think there is anyway of knowing that so please dont make stuff up.
@no...
didnt team ninja/tecmo not pay his commission/bonus? i think it was tecmo's fault so cant blame him from moving on.
that guy did seem to not like making games on playstation devices though. i remember he prefered doa on saturn and doa2 on dc. he also disliked the sigma games for ps.
however, most people would probably agree with me that ng black was probably the last great game him or team ninja has made.
