It was kind of silly to have the vita name attached to it, just made it sound longer and the vita brand isn't really that big anyway.
Alos like to add that the vita TV had a lot of Vita games not working due to compatibility issues which made it stupid to call it a vita tv.
disagreeing with you, but not saying your opinion or your view on single player games is wrong.
Just like to say that you should try not to justify the price of a game for the length of playtime you get. Quality should always be prioritised above Quantity.
Also $7.50 per hour of gameplay isn't that bad right?
DLC Stand alone does make sense and that should be done more frequent.
The reason its sold as an add-on DLC is because they want gamers to hold on to their games for longer or forever, people that trade gmes in after completion means more 2nd hand copies around therefore less brand new games sold.
Stand alone versions are just incase gamers have either sold their copy or never had the game from the start. It is kind of like an expansion to the game and the reason why its kind of like a DLC rather than a brand new game is how they try and market ...
enjoyed most games on that list.
only ones i didnt like is wwe, lego games, cod and wow (though i do like mmorpg's)
should get some eu/uk comparisons aswell. i do remember cover arts before ps360 gen were pretty cool. after that it kinda got generic imo.
covers are based on demographic it is targeted at.
a japanese cover wil probably not do so well in is and vice versa. marketing team do a lot of research on what works and what soesnt. obviously it isnt a science but they try to use the research as much as possible which is why you get many cover arts looking pretty much the same.
anyways, i think eu/uk cover arts are better, which kinda proves my point.
@devilogrefish
thanks, never knew about the downgrade, now that i have noticed i canot unsee it. :(
@kayant
just admit the downgrade, i know a few sceneries have changed, but you can clearly see how flat the new ground looks compared to before.
the pop ups in ground zeroes kept on annoying me.
i think the engine is having problems at,, but once he starts concentrating on ps4 and xbone it should get better and more optimised.
wohooo.... a monitor on top of my pa4 instead of using my tv.
i understand if this had a battery, kinda pointless without one,
i take it your a gt fan? would you prefer they release the game with no standard cars and then let polyphony redo some of the older cars as dlc or however gt normally releases its patches.
i meani its going to be ridiculous when there is going to be ps2, ps3 and ps4 models in the next game.
good job, not bad sales and we all know that mario games sell on for years. just waiiting for the right time to get wiiu
no more shenmue articles please, its heartbreaking.
@bigbic
just wanted to say that i am a sony fan, just been buying their products all my life. have had plenty of walkmans, discmans, md players, dat players, cameras, phones, tvs, pcs, laptops, game systems.
i also own xbox consoles, but hardly ever touch them.
i just wanted to say that people on this site does get very defensive when someone say something negative about sony and attack xbox articles like hounds.
Seems like polyphony staff are hoarders :P
I think its time to scrap all the standard cars. I'm sure the Premium cars plus new PS4 car models will have enough cars for GT7. Or do they just want to say that the game as x amount of cars jsut to show off?
I like to say I am not a big fan of GT, so I don't know what the GT fans would think about this.
I know its nvidias tech, but wouldn't something like g sync solve the problem with display lag? or have i jsut bought into Nvidias PR bullshit?
I've read somewhere that OLED isn't that great for gaming, though it is really good for smaller screens.
So not 100% sure what is actually good.
OLED is a little expensive and it seems like Sony has stopped producing OLED screens. Using Samsung AMOLED screens is also a bad idea since the price is high and the colour saturation sucks.
Friendly? wrong site, this is a pro sony site, any hint of neutralism and you will be hunted down.
thought it would have looked better, but I guess it looks good enough especally since it is celshaded.
game is around 4 hours long, but for $14.99 I guess that is alright. A good short game that is not just filled with other crap.
i dunno. this article just made the 2 consoles look exactly the same.
i would like to add that digital foundry said that murdered: soul suspect says that the xbone version runs better and looks better.
anyways, its basically the same at the moment.
I think it was called vta TV due to the whole firmware/UI as well as to push the Vita brand to sell more and get more devs to produce games for it.
However, I guess vita games compatibility on that device is low and it practically can be sold as a playstation device with all the PSP and PS1 BC list as well as PS4 remote play and PSnow about to be released.
