I honestly like xenoblade chronicles a lot more. I've not played as much of X, but I'm not a fan of the music, setting, story or characters. Solid mechanics though.

we don't know enough about the NX to know whether or not it will change or revolutionize anything. VR is the next big thing, I'm still enjoying non-VR games, but that's where the industry is headed

um, this is one of the best games of its kind to come out in years...the production value, music and gameplay is amazing...what the hell is wrong with you?
I assumed this was a VR game, then I realized it looks similar to vanishing realms and probably isn't VR. Seriously why does this look so bad? Without VR it's a generic fantasy dungeon game that looks ridiculously dated. I'm not surprised this game was struggling to get funded originally. There's a lot of cashing in on nostalgia these days, especially on kickstarter and it ain't pretty...
What you think is definitely incorrect. Have you tried VR? Also, the vibe controllers have amazing haptic feedback.
It's ok if you truly don't like the gameplay it offers, but calling it a gimmick is just flat out incorrect. I reminds me of when people said roomscale was a gimmick and now when I play a VR game with a standard controller it just feels severely lacking. At that point, I'd almost rather play the game on a much higher res monitor or TV.

I agree man, I got my vive like 3 days ago and it feels like I've already had it for weeks, it's truly an amazing experience. Also, anyone that has the vive or is getting it, make sure you try the budget cuts demo, I played through it 3 times already and I can't wait for the final release.
Thanks man, I really think VR could be one of the best things to happen to quality indie developers and even though there's going to be some shovelware, I think overall it's going to do great things for the industry.
who cares, I enjoy their games, but they aren't even remotely in the same realm as CDPR. Considering how much of a strong female character Ciri was, I take a lot of issue with this comment.
Demons souls is amazing, I bought the Chinese version from play Asia like a true nerd and then bought the US version. I felt good when I beat that game.
Right and nioh was nothing like it's current incarnation 10 years ago. It's obviously heaven ly influenced by dark souls, not that I have a problem with it.
Salt and sanctuary and lords of the fallen are almost exactly like darks souls...salt and sanctuary is 2d, but it's pretty unabashedly channeling the souls games aside from being 2d...and lords of the fallen? Come on...

Good I'm tired of oculus getting all the press and exclusives like they're the flagship of Vr despite all the sketchy business tactics and Palmer Luckeys lies. The vive is a better Vr experience, hands down

CDPR are awesome, hands down. But, they really made a huge mistake revealing this game so long ago when they hadn't even started working on it yet..Oh well, I look forward to it. Maybe it'll come out in the same year as the next Elder Scrolls and the Last Guardian!
