Ninja Gaiden is much, much faster paced than any Souls game. Souls games can almost feel like a puzzle at times, I did have to employ some room clearing strategies in Ninja Gaiden, but it's definitely a little more twitch and not quite as much strategy. The controls in NGB seem less refined to me, but that is at least partially due to the speed of the game and some of the difficult combos. Ninja Gaiden is not more difficult to Dark Souls 3, I've beaten both. I've beaten Ninja Gaiden Black at least 3 times. Master Ninja mode doesn't count and is ridiculous. Also, it's sort of unfair to compare Dark Souls 3 to old school 2d games IMO

Having an upgraded version of the PS4 is the same as creating a PS5. If Sony was smart though, they would keep the current ecosystem forward compatible and backward compatible going forward. the expansions they made are the biggest for any game I've seen in years, possibly ever. I'm pretty happy with what they've done and since this means they are switching their focus to Cyberpunk (as they should) I'm not bummed in the slightest
