On paper PS4 is roughly 3.5X as powerful as Wii U, this was basically the same difference between PS2 and the original Xbox, except now the fidelity of graphics is on a much higher level so the perceived difference will infact be even smaller (logic). Also Nintendo consoles are consistently known for pushing beyond there on paper specs while the opposite has always been true for Sony consoles (fact). Im not saying the Wii U is magically as powerful as the PS4 but they are in the same ballpark...

Honestly the small amount of gameplay video that has been shown for DriveClub hardly looked better than GT5, Forza and wasn't up to par with this game graphically. Blindly assuming one game will be better than another is for fanboys.
I hope this Bucharest Ubi team learned a lot with there first Wii U game (Zombie U) because it wasn't very polished or technically impressive, it basically seemed rushed and low budget to me.
The Wii U version of Watch Dogs has the potential to be the best overall version if the Gamepad controls are well thought out and the graphics are at least comparable to the other superior consoles, much unlike Zombie U which honestly looked like a 5 year old Xbox game at best.
I hope they start using this tech.

Hey Ju why post a link that actually conflicts with your comment? The differences are higher res textures, better lighting, greater draw distances, more optimization (less glitches, bugs), free extra cars from DLC and it supports every kind of Wii controller.
So the Wii U is displaying more geometry due to the increased draw distance, with better effects (lighting) and all textures are higher quality while simultaneously displaying on a second screen. Ju seems to be a classic...

It's all about pixel density and this is why the 480p display on my gamepad matches the quality of my 42" 720p TV. Also I would take 720p 60fps over 1080p 30fps hands down.
Honestly Skyward Sword was my least favorite Zelda Game even though the story was really well done and it controls better than anything I have ever played. Hopefully the Windwaker remake and the next Zelda have optional motion+ controls, as well as more traditional gamepad controls.
Basically Criterion is giving there game the same attention Froznebyte did for Trine 2. Obviously PCs will always have the edge visually but Im thinking the varied control options for the Wii U make it the definitive version overall, not to mention the bonus content and additional optimization.

Agreed thats lame, I think the Wii U's best feature is its varied controllers. I hate not having options and I can't stand it when devs skip on controller customization. Even Res 4 on Wii was ruined for me because there was no button mapping options. I was excited to aim with the Wiimote but having to fire with (A) the thumb button just ruined it for me, I need to shoot with my trigger finger (B) dammit!
I believe you are correct and I hope you are because I was not impressed with Zombie U ^ stated above and I would be extremely dissapointed if the Wii U version of Watch Dogs is botched by an incapable team.
